A friend told me about Outway, as I was complaining about my ankle socks slipping and sliding into my shoes, I thought I would try Outway and see if the touting was accurate.
So far these socks are pretty nice.
I like the feel and comfort.
I initially had an issue at checkout on the website, but Customer Service was prompt and helpful.
The socks aren’t cheap but I feel they might be worth it.
However I have only had them a few weeks, so time will tell.

The Outway product is amazing, but does not compare to the customer service!!

Outway's customer service is second to none. They went out of their way to make sure my concern was resolved, and even followed up after!

Ordered a few pairs that ended up being smaller than I'd like I sent an email to the small team and they replaced it immediately and gave me exactly what I needed.. will never order socks from anywhere else customer for life

The Outway team is quick to respond and to follow up. The way they answer and the solutions they provide express their confidence in their product (which is indeed of great quality), and how much they care for the customer's experience. Every member of the Outway team that reached out to me was extremely respectful. I found the resolution to my problem to be easy, generous, and highly satisfying.

I love these socks! Fun and functional. Customer service is exceptional. I once had an order get lost in the mail and Outway noticed before I did and shipped a second order. I would highly recommend this company.

My toe went through a couple pairs of light merino socks and I returned them. The warranty process was very smooth. Outway even suggested that I replace them with midweight merino at no additional cost so I wouldn’t have the same issue again. The process was smooth and easy. In the end, Outway replaced my socks and gave me a code for another pair of socks with my next order.

Outway's customer service was incredible! I had ordered three pairs of compression socks in the wrong size with one being the wrong product (crew ILO knee-high as intended). I reached out for a return but for some reason my order said it wasn't eligible for a return. I contacted customer service and they quickly submitted a new order with the correct size and products and had it sent quickly to my attention. Truly a great company with a great product! They have earned my business for life.

The team at Outway are truly incredible. I had an issue with my socks they instantly resolved it with great communication and super fast response. I would for sure recommend all my friends to purchase quality socks from them, and I look forward to ordering new designs in the future.

I recently submitted a warranty claim and Outway made it right without any issues and sent me a replacement pair of socks. Aiko was great to deal with as well! I highly recommend Outway and will be purchasing from them again one day soon.

The customer service and quick response was very appreciated by Outway. I have purchased their compression wool socks before, and wanted to get a few more pairs for a trip to the UK. The first delivery was having issues with access to my building, and there was a possibility that the order was sent back to the warehouse or stolen. They replaced the items (which I was so grateful for after spending $90 on socks), and sent the order to my mothers address instead to ensure delivery. I am so appreciative of their service, as I would not have been able to spend that again. Their compression socks have been great for my feet, and I look forward to dry, warm, happy feet in the UK.

I like this company their culture and their products! 🤩👍 Even when something went bad they take matters in their own hands pretty fast and it was fixed as soon as they were aware of the issue. 👏😊
