I recently bought two pairs of your crew socks and I love them! My son and husband saw them and want to order some as well. I also just had surgery for a complete hip replacement and have been wearing my socks constantly, as my feet are usually on the cold side. They are so comfortable and well-made. The choice of patterns/pictures on your website are fantastic. My order arrived quickly and I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Customer Service is wonderful, really beyond expectations. Aiko took very good care to remedy an issue with a pair of socks I ordered. Quick response and turn around time. She kept an eye on my tracking and followed up ensuring that I received my package without issue.

The socks are great - wore them while doing my daily steps on the treadmill and definitely felt like my ankles and legs were more supported and less tired/sore after. I also have to commend the support - they were quick to answer and they went above and beyond to help me with mistake I made, then followed up afterwards to check that everything arrived as expected. I’m very happy with my purchase and the customer service!

I encounter a few snags and they helped me all the way within 2 hours I had an answer even Sundays. They are bilingual. The socks are wonderful. I play golf and they are the best. I also got the compression socks with a squeleton drinking coffee. I get so many compliments. My grandson always had holes on the big toe and he had those socks for 2 years so far. No hole. They last for ever. Comfortable. interesting look. But mostly customer service is amazing and the product is high quality

I own a ridiculous amount of pairs of Outway’s super fun socks! I switched to them a year and a half ago when I was seeking blister solutions. Haven’t had a blister since!

I wear them literally every day - at work, running, errands, and love that I can pick a design based on my mood. Also, *they never, ever fall down* (no awful sensation of slouching socks)!

Finally, Outway’s customer service is {inter}stellar! The *one* time there was an issue (that wasn’t their fault), they were all over fixing it in no time! Andrew, Aiko, and Maria - eleven out of ten for your pleasant tones, and expedient service!

My order was a gift for my aunt and she loves them, we got the 3 pack cat socks and they’re hilarious and pretty good quality too. I had an interaction with their customer support and they handled my issue super fast. I am throughly impressed! I will be ordering again and recommending to my funky sock wearing friends. Plus I love that this is a Canadian company.

Not only is customer service great at getting my orders together, they are extremely fast. I already have my socks put away while orders I placed from other companies days before have not even been shipped.

I had a little issue with my order, not to fault of the company, and I emailed them, and with a quick response AIKO was so helpful and resolved my issue. The sock quality is amazing and the customer service is outstanding. I will be ordering again and sharing with all my coworkers.

The socks are made of good quality materials, better than several others. The only issue that i have is they are a bit smaller than i would hope. I have a size 12 foot and they are overly tight and a bit short for my foot i ordereda L/XL. They would probably be good on someone with an 10 or 11 shoe size.

We were offered Outway socks as a Christmas gift. We order them for ourselves now. They are amazing in crew and merino fabric. Super customer service when needed to correct an order. We love the color and designs and LOVE that Outway is a Canadian company!

There was an error with my order - a lower number of socks were shipped than I ordered. Customer service replied and had the item shipped within 5 minutes. Very impressive, and the socks themselves are great!

I had one issue with a sock. I tried to get a refund on Amazon. It wasn't working so i reach out to Outway and they immediately help me out. The even made sure i got my new pair of sock after delivery.

Not only are the socks amazing, comfortable, and of high quality... The team at Outway are fabulous! We love our socks, our feet have never been happier :)

The ankle socks are very comfortable and breathanble. I ask Canadian relatives to bring them over to the Netherlands because I love them so much. On top of that customer support does their absolute best to help you. 5 stars well earned

My first order was lost in transit and before I even knew it, customer service was in touch to notify me and apologize. Not only this, they sent a second replacement shipment. When it arrived, customer service followed up to ensure I was satisfied and offered me a free pair of socks. That is gold star customer service that sadly is rare these days. Today is the first day trying a pair of socks and can tell I will love them. Highly recommend
