Outway rectified a missed delivery by following up and offering me free choice of another pair of socks. At first, I was a bit put off by the AI-generated auto-response to my complaint. But staff followed up to ensure the problem was fixed. They went from putting me off ordering again to a customer who will come back.

Customer service is amazing! Quick response. Issue fixed rapidly. I never taught sock could be this comfortable.

I ordered five pairs of socks, figuring I would give Outway a try. I was really happy with all of them. However, one pair of light merino crew socks had a defect and developed holes after only a few wears. I contacted the company to mention the defect, not because I wanted a replacement, but just so that they were aware of the problem going forward. My email was answered within 24 hours, and they quickly offered to replace the socks free of charge. The replacement pair arrived in under a week, no questions asked, no complications. I'm really happy with the socks, and couldn't rate the customer service any higher. I will for sure be buying more socks from Outway in the future. Also love the fact that this is a Canadian company.

At first look these socks were very good, cools design, canadian company, lots of comments from people and feet felt good. Placed more orders for more socks, $350.00 worth. I like socks! Slowly started getting thinning and hole on the heels of the socks within a couple months. So, just about a year on with these socks, I have to say that the design is awesome, quality is junk!

Probably the best customer service from a company I have ever experienced. The whole team are genuinely caring people, who work for an incredible company. You'd think socks, big whoop. But when you have the right product, the right policies and the right team it really coalesces into something remarkable.

I'd recommend Outway to any of my friends. The socks are phenomenal. And while I am personally not able to use any of the knee high or crew socks because of my leg size. Maria and the whole customer service made sure to take care of me and get me replacements that I am fully satisfied with. Thanks Outway!

Outway socks are fantastic (great quality and the best prints!) and the customer service provided is also top notch. I recently purchased the wrong size of socks that were meant to be given as a gift and Outway corrected the issue right away for me!

Great quality socks. Bought some a couple of years ago and they still look and feel great, no discolouration and the material remains like new I've now ordered some more and the customer service was A1. Highly recommend this product.

Great socks! I've purchased the original Outway athletic socks ages ago to wear to Crossfit, they are comfy and keep my feet cool and dry when things get spicy. They wear like iron too, I'm sure a couple pairs that I keep in rotation are more than 5 years old! The everyday merino and merino hikers are awesome for daily wear and for outdoor activities too. One word of caution, if you have pets that shed and hardwood floors, the merino socks to an excellent job of collecting fur! Size the merino socks up a notch and they will be more comfortable and will probably last longer too. My feet are size 11, I have found that L/XL socks work better than size M, which is what the sizing chart tells me I should buy. I've just received my first order of the new cotton socks and these just may be my new favorite daily wear socks, well done! When I have had occasion to contact customer support, the team has been prompt to respond and solved issues promptly without any hassles at all. I'm a fan!

The socks are amazing but…the customer service from Outway is, quite frankly, the best customer service I’ve received from an online store front. Communication was clear, THEY followed up with me multiple times without me having to chase them down. A big shout out to Maria and Andrew for being on top of this right from the jump. A night and day difference to most places. Will be shopping with them again for sure.
