Thief company.
This is a comment i found here, it happened the same to me so I repost it:
PD: They ask for score of 9 - 10 and below they attach 2 pdfs with the receipt and the car damages they invented.
First of all they dont accept a full insurance purchased on booking.com where i booked a car.
Second they charge you for scratches, eventhough i have video that these scratches were there before, the agent by pick up checked the video and said that everything is fine. But after 3 days i receive an email that they will take 150 euro from my account for the scratches. Not existing customer service. I reported on booking.com

Never ever! UNACCEPTABLE!

After calling three times to postpone my reservation because a flight cancellation each agent gave me a different solution.

The best solution was to pay an hotel by myself and pay for another reservation.

They are 0 customer centric and they treat their clients as sheep

A very very bad and scamming company. Avoid at any costs!!
They're upselling insurrances at extremely high costs (€330) even though you already have one they keep pushing for this. Creditcard will be rejected and you will be forced to accept the inssurrance. After 2 days because of a flat tire they took our car away (instead of replacing the tire with a new one?) We haven't received any replacement car afterwards. We've been calling for days during our holiday with no reponse at all.
Also when hiring a childseat, it's your own responsibility and nothing will be set up when you're picking up your car. So don't expect any service at all.
They offered to pay for a taxi (€225) back to the airport, but we haven't seen any compensation. We filed for a claim afterwards because there isn't any way possible during the time of the rental agreement, but with a simple "rejection" notice they're not willing to compensate in any way after taking our car away.
If you want to enjoy your holiday relax and peacefully, please avoid this horrible company! ❌

MALAS COMUINICACIONES LOS TELEFONOS NO RESPONDEN

Keep well away from this car hire company . Hired a car from them ,picked it up at the airport . We looked round the car and found a mark on the rear wheel arch. Picked it up on video then did the whole car. Dropped the off back at the airport no one to accept keys or check the car over so we left the keys in the box . A week later got a bill for 360 euros . Rang them liased with them sent the video of the damage which the video had a time and date stamp . Took them 6 months to reply hoping that you would have forgotten then they just ignore you . Still haven't got my refund 18 months later .

Have you noticed that they never reply to someone who has slaughtered them. Thieves that's what they are even Dick Turpin wore a mask . Don't think they'll get that one

A finales de año 2023 compramos un coche en la sucursal del poligono de Levante, en Palma. Desde que lo tenemos no hemos podido volver a contactar con ellos, no nos cogen nunca el teléfono. No nos han dado la factura, ni los papeles de la financiera. Y ahora tenemos fallos con el coche y no podemos contactar para saber donde llevarlo a reparar ya que dispone de garantia. Estamos a punto de poner denuncia, ya que esto es intolerable

I was robbed in Alicante for 280 euros. They say I broke the mirror, but in the photos I took the mirror was undamaged. they don't want to give the money back. They talk nonsense. They made me understand that if I compleyn, they would take more from my card. ordinary Thieves. I didn't damage anything in their car.

Como es posible que me pidan 390 eur por una recarga de batería!!!! 3 días después se me descargo otra vez y me cobro el taller 5 eur! Esto no se va a quedar así...Estafadores

Partiti da Milano malpensa con le prenotazioni dei nostri 3 scooter fatte sul loro sito pensavamo di arrivare giu e essere a posto almeno con i mezzi.
Ma è proprio qui che ci sbagliavamo.
In aereoporto non è specificato dove prendere la navetta per arrivare in sede, quindi ci siamo fatti 1,5km a piedi per arrivare in sede tra l’altro in super strada con le macchine che ci suonavano.
Una volta arrivati li hanno detto che servivano 3 anni di patente per gli scooter e ce li avevo solo io. (Clausola non specificata nel sito)
Allora il mio motorino me lo sono fatto scalare dal prezzo della macchina che alla fine abbiamo dovuto prendere (pure li una fregatura perchè mi sono ritrovato una macchina che neanche ho potuto scegliere).
I miei altri 4 amici hanno dovuto fare i rimborsi o cancellazioni dei motorini da un centralino robotico che quando arrivavi a parlare con qualcuno ti mettevano giu. Ci siamo andati a lamentare ulteriormente che non riuscivamo a concludere nulla con il numero che ci avevano fornito e allora ci hanno dato una mail di supporto. Non ci hanno risposto ancora a distanza di una settimana. I miei amici aspettano ancora il rimborso. Avete fregato dei ragazzi che si volevano fare una vacanza tranquilli.

I have rented a car Fiat500 - contract 5375553.
It was returned as I received it, without any other scratches than there was before. Later on I was charged 460€ directly from my account.
I have sent 5 emails to the company with photos as a documentations, without any response.
At a personal contact in the airport, the employee told me that they had changed me 200€ to much, and I would receive the 200€ later. I haven’t seen the money yet.
Don’t trust the OKmobility.

Huirrr, Reservo un coche el 30 de abril de me lo cobran y no me envían la reserva, llamo durante dos días dos señoritas se me quitan de encima y nada. La reserva no llega y el dinero cobrado. Escribo a atención al cliente y nada. Tuve que reservar otro coche y ahora tengo que reclamar para que me devuelvan el dinero. Pésima atención y gestión.

¡No utilicen esta empresa! Hay miles de comentarios negativos, no le di importancia y cuando reservé por la web y llegué al sitio me estafaron, alquilé una moto y me dieron una cosa vieja y fea, horrible, y no me dejaron cambiarla ni me regresaron el dinero, estoy preparando burofax.

Rented a SUV in Pisa/Italy. At the AirPort. Great price! We turned down the offer to buy their own expensive insurance since I had already bought a cheap ”full insurance” from Rentalcars. They can’t see that, though. When I told them I already bought a full insurance from Rentalcars they told me ”No, no! Not full. It doesn’t cover windows, tires bla bla”. BUT Rentalcars cheap full insurance DOES cover that. My sister who traveled with us got a stone-shot on the windshield. Ok Mobility kept 180 Euro from the reserved deposit because of that, but my sister got e v e r y t h i n g back from Rentalcars insurance. The process went smooth and quickly. Easy.

Sure, the deposit that OK Mobility reserve is higher if you don’t buy insurance directly from them. Like 1300 to 1600 Euro.

All cheaper car-rentals are always grumpy and aggressive when you turn their own insurance down. They reserved a 1500 Euro deposit from our creditcard, but we got it all back after returning the car. It only took 2 days before we got the money back. No problems.

The car was quite new and worked fine during our 9 days.

Rented a car for 5 days at Valencia Airport.
The lady at the counter charged 155,00€, saying it's a deposit to be released when coming back.
It was actually charged. Another person from Customer Service told me it was in fact an extra insurance, however I explained clearly at the counter I didn't want any additionnal insurance. + the car was pretty damaged even if functionnal.
Avoid at all costs.

Brilliant experience start to finish. Web site easy to use and extensive stock to choose from. In comparison to other retailers prices were more competitive and quality better. Fantastic service throughout from Matthew Roberts who went above and beyond to provide great communication, proactive guidance and fantastic service. OK Mobility certainly have a star there. Delivery experience excellent and formal documentation delivered when it said it would be. I honestly would not use anyone else. Brilliant service.

Fraudulent business. Rented a car and a week after returning it, the 1,000 euro deposit was not returned. OK Mobility blamed the credit card company for holding on to the money. After many months, the bank suggested filing a complaint. At that moment OK Mobility happened to recall damages on all sides of the car totaling the money they owed. Please make sure to report any issues with Consumer Affairs to help others.

La experiencia con Esteban a sido un placer. Todo a sido super rapido sin confusiones y comunicación y preocupación por su parte total.
