Save your money
I've had the chair for 18 months. 4 months waiting for service and parts. The chair is fine when it works but i should have spent the money on more registered massage appointments for much better pain treatment. These repairs add more stress.

They are liars!
I bought a massage chair from them in January for $4000 with my last savings. I read reviews for a month before buying it. Even then, the customer service was not the fastest. It takes days to reach them on the phone! You have to wait a day for emails. I bought the chair from them with a 3 year warranty. After about two weeks, there was a problem with the chair. I bought the chair because of lower back pain. The chair worked perfectly for the first two weeks. Then the problem came. The rollers don't even reach my lower back in manual mode for the first 5 seconds! All the massage program in the chair is SAME!!!! Eric contacted me and told me that this is normal and that they can't do anything with the chair. I wrote them an email every day for 3 days and called them on the phone and left a voicemail saying that I want my money back! Since they closed the case with that much that they can't do anything with the chair. But they don't even answer. So that's it for the warranty! For $4000, even a technician not came out to look at the massage chair. They wanted to fix it over the phone. Ridiculous!If anyone can help me with where I can report them or what I can do to help the matter, I would be grateful.I won't leave my $4000.
Update I would like to answer. you didn't help me at all. and I've written to you several times that I want to return it but you didn't even see it and didn't want to. nice try. but if the customer's needs were in mind then I probably wouldn't have written a negative review for you. but I'll leave this here for other customers so they don't end up in the same situation as me. NEVER AGAIN OGAWA WORLD USA! You took my money and won't give it back! SCAMMERS!

My nephew recommended Ogawa and the Master Drive AI 2.0 Massage Chair to us. He answered many questions for us based on his experience, and then recommended Ethan to us. I called and Ethan very patiently answered the rest of our questions and explained the process to me. Sarah then sent the letter re-Synchrony and the process to order. It was a very simple process and I ordered our massage chair right away!
One of the best massage chairs
Our family members had & used 3 different massage chairs from another brand in the past years, but then each of them had clear pros & cons. We couldn’t be fully satisfied with them. And then, after our detailed research online, we recently communicated with Ogawa & purchased the Master Drive Duo model. Fortunately, we had the best experiences with Ogawa on their prompt & kind “customer services”, quick “shipment/delivery” and most importantly the great “quality” (both in hardware & software) of the massage chair. This has been our positive experience with Ogawa for the past several weeks. Thank you, Ogawa! We enjoy this chair a lot these days.

Amazing customer support!! I had an issue with the delivery company not being able to put together my chair and Ogawa resolved the issue same day, providing me a refund for the Assembly charge. Great experience!!!
