On initial contact, Ethan spent an enormous amount of time answering all my questions and additionally providing extra information unknown to me regarding the Bio Vision Massage Chair. He even took a second call from me a couple of hours later to discuss further with my wife and answer her questions also, some of which were repeats from me earlier. He never lost patience and provided invaluable insight.
As the search for the right chair continued, my email correspondence was handled primarily by Sarah and she also was prompt in her replies and very helpful in her assistance as I navigated the process!

Ordering directly from Ogawa was simple and straightforward. The price was excellent compared to other retailers, and communication after placing the order was clear and timely. Ethan and Sarah have been great to work with — very prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. Everything about the purchase process has been handled well so far.

Company promised to deliver 7k chair to my upstairs. They couldn't even get it in front door on first day as they couldn't lift the chair. People sent had no equip. to lift a300lb chair up steps. The stairs met required wideness. They took chair back and I talked to a rep who said they could have a tech come and remove the sides on chair to make it easier. Next day they called and asked for measurements again now refusing to take arms off chair as they would do in any repair. All doors met 32in minimum but one. If the door frame were taken off it also would be fine but no one has suggested that. I could have easily done this. They now offered to only put on first floor but that wasn't the deal. Chair was returned and now I have to pay return shipping. I'm getting a chair from a competitor now and guess what, they suggested I remove the door frame which I did, adding 4 inches to the width. (The Ogawa would have now fit) Ogawa is a huge dealer that should have sent a tech even if I had to pay for it. They also might have suggested that I remove the door frame. Ogawa didn't keep their word to send a tech. Customer service just a canned statement. They sent an unqualified delivery company who's 2 men told me they weren't told anything about chair going up stairs. They couldn't even carry the chair. Had no equipment. Shame on this large company. They take no responsibility for what I was told by their rep on the phone the day this all went south. My money minus shipping was refunded but not as quickly as promised. The ogawa chair was most definitely had a superior covering over the rollers. I'm frustrated that I had to settle for less.

Ogawa World did what they said they would do on their website; Price match authorized dealers, and they did just that. Very pleased with their quick response and customer service. More online retailers should be as customer friendly and proactive as Ogawa. Definitely a memorable experience. Thank you.

I had many questions about replacing my current Panasonic S track chair. I was comparing SL tracks vs newest Flexible tracks and even had questions comparing different manufactures and models. I received a lot of solid information and good advise to finally make the purchase, albeit still with some buyers remorse... but an additional $200 coupon code made it a little easier.
