Great customer service
What a great customer service team! My initial call went to voice mail I was so surprised to get a call back from Rick. He was able to answer all my questions and helped me decide on an upgraded model at a fantastic sale price. His experience in customer care shined when he helped me understand the features of the chair in addition to a bit of confusion on the color name and description, which was not described accurately on the web site I was viewing. His knowledge on inventory and what and when chairs would be available was outstanding. Thank you all for your good work it’s a gift.

I had some purchase inquiry about Ogawa MasterDrive massage chair. I sent several emails to Sarah at Ogawa Support and response to my emails were prompt. At the time of placing the order, I ran into some issues and Rick via Online chat was able to answer all my questions. Looking forward to the delivery of the massage chair.
