I recently bought two chairs from this site. The delivery was prompt, and the colour was really nice, but unfortunately, the chair turned out to be quite uncomfortable. I contacted customer service to arrange a return, but they informed me that because I assembled and sat on one of them, they would deduct 50% from my refund. Not sure how else I could’ve known the chair was uncomfortable without sitting on it. On top of that, I’m also expected to pay for return postage. Overall, it was a really disappointing experience. If you’re thinking of buying from this company, please be absolutely certain before you commit. Maybe order just one to test it out first, because returning bulky items is a real hassle. Sadly, a bad experience overall.

Satisfied UK Customer, would recommend and would purchase again from them.
Very dubious about ordering from Ofcasa Furniture as a UK customer. Their website advertised free UK shipping, but also mentioned customs tax and the buyer being responsible for payment of this.
After a couple of messages via social media I decided to take the risk and order from the website.
I was told if the item is shown as "in stock" it is shipped from the UK, so avoiding those customs fees.
The delivery was prompt. I ordered the Veronica round 120cm dining table. However the table top and base were delivered separately and by two different companies..
Had an issue with the table base, the box arrived dishevelled and the base was bent in places. However within 24 hours a new table base was dispatched and within 3 days had arrived in perfect condition.
Now the table itself. I decided to order from this company as it was by far the cheapest table I could find in this design.
The laminate wood round table is perfect, the metal wood effect base - is slightly misaligned and doesnt sit flush, but with a fluffy rug underneath it you will no longer see this!
I am very happy with my purchase and would use this company again!

I got a quick response which confirmed return to a uk location was the policy so that was fine. Box arrived a bit bashed around but contents were fine.

ENCANTADA CON LA COMPRA Y LA GESTION
Estoy encantada con la compra de dos taburetes exterior Louisa para la barra de mi cocina, son súper bonitos, tan cual se muestran en la foto de la web, muy buen material, acabados perfectos y comodísimos.
Además tengo que decir que la gestión ante el problema que tuve con la empresa de transporte SEUR fue inmejorable, SEUR perdió el primer envío de dos taburetes, me indicaban como que los habían entregado y que yo los había recogido, cosa que nunca fue así y de hecho no han podido demostrar, en cuanto me di cuenta del problema me puse en contacto con OFCASA y en 24h me resolvieron el problema, me volvieron a enviar otros dos taburetes sin coste alguno, la solución al problema la resolvieron en 24 horas. Recomiendo 100% la experiencia con esta empresa, ojala todas fueran igual de legales y comprometidas tanto con los artículos y con la gestión ante cualquier duda o problema. Volveré a comprar sin dudarlo.

Ordered 4 Jarvis chairs in grey which were delivered super fast. They look so much more expensive than they cost and are really comfortable, nicely padded with a diamond design pu leather.

Nice looking chairs - awful quality
I ordered 4 chairs from this company. I took the advice from the website and ordered the Swatch first (for which there was a cost) I then went ahead and ordered the chairs. Whilst the chairs may look nice, they are absolutely awful to sit on, so uncomfortable and provide zero support for your back. I contacted the company to ask what my options were for return, they advised I couldn't return them as I no longer had the packaging. The packaging was so damaged on arrival there is absolutely no way I could have used it for return anyway!! I should have gone with a reputable furniture supplier instead of thinking I could get a cheaper option with this company. I've now learnt the hard way. I'm writing this review now so that others maybe think twice before ordering from this company and avoid losing money like I have. The furniture really isn't good quality at all and once you've paid, thats it. So disappointing.

However, we would like to clarify a few points regarding your situation:
You initially reported that one of the chair legs was slightly deformed. After reviewing your case, we kindly sent you a replacement box of new chairs. At that time, you did not mention that the packaging of the original order was damaged or that you had already discarded it.
Later, you contacted us again to return the chairs because you found them uncomfortable. Only then did you inform us that the original packaging was no longer available. According to our return policy, which is clearly stated on our website, returns must be made in the original packaging. Since you no longer have the packaging, we are unfortunately unable to accept the return.
We understand your frustration, but we must follow the same policy for all customers to ensure fairness and transparency.
We wish you had raised the packaging issue earlier so we could have explored other options.

J’ai acheté récemment acheté une table ronde finition plateau travertin.
Je tiens à préciser que je prends soin de ma table et pas souvent utilisée.
Il y a un peu d’eau qui a stagné pendant la nuit, le revêtement s’est décollé et donc on aperçoit le bois du plateau.
J’ai demande au service client si il pouvait m’apporter une solution de camouflage du moins.
L’utilisation que j en fais a été remise en question de plus c est normal c est du papier.
Un revêtement en papier pourquoi pas mais imperméable ou du moins résistant la qualité est médiocre !!

Nous regrettons d’apprendre le décollement du revêtement de votre table. Nous souhaitons vous apporter quelques précisions importantes.
Vous avez commandé cette table ronde le 2 décembre 2025, et elle est utilisée depuis environ six mois. Sur la fiche produit, nous indiquons clairement la matière de la table : « Ce plateau de table est fabriqué en MDF avec un revêtement en placage papier. » Nous mentionnons également : « Cette table est fabriquée en MDF avec une finition en papier vitrifié. Afin de préserver la beauté et les conditions d’utilisation à long terme, si la table est tachée par de l’eau, du café, du vin rouge, de la peinture, de l’huile, etc., veuillez utiliser un chiffon doux humide pour l’essuyer IMMÉDIATEMENT. N’utilisez PAS d’éponges, de chiffons secs ou d’autres produits de nettoyage pour essuyer. » De plus, une notice d’entretien est fournie avec le produit.
Selon votre description, de l’eau est restée stagnante sur la surface de la table pendant toute une nuit, sans être essuyée immédiatement. C’est ce séjour prolongé de l’eau qui a entraîné le décollement du revêtement papier. Le produit a été utilisé normalement pendant six mois, et le dommage constaté résulte d’un défaut d’entretien (absence d’essuyage rapide) et non d’un défaut de fabrication. Toutes les informations sur le matériau, les précautions d’utilisation et l’entretien étaient clairement accessibles sur la fiche produit avant l’achat.
Dans ces conditions, nous ne pouvons pas fournir d’aide supplémentaire pour un dommage causé par une utilisation ou un entretien inapproprié.
