Waste of money
I’m extremely disappointed with the chairs. They have looked untidy from the day they arrived. When I first raised my concerns, I was told the fabric would flatten out over time. It didn’t.
A few months later, I contacted the company again because they advertise a one-year warranty on their website. Since then, the customer service has been appalling. It’s taken weeks of emails, photos, and videos being passed back and forth, with no meaningful resolution.
The latest advice I’ve been given is to pat the chairs back into shape after every use to straighten the fabric. How is that practical or sustainable for an everyday dining chair? They seem better suited as display furniture than something that’s actually meant to be used.
The quality is extremely poor, especially for the price. I feel I’ve completely wasted my money, and based on both the product and the customer service, I will never buy from this company again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that you have been so disappointed with both our product and our service. Please allow us to address your concerns with clarity and sincerity.
You mentioned that you raised concerns about the fabric shortly after receiving the chairs. We have searched all our communication channels – including inbox, email, and Instagram – but we were unable to find any record of your initial enquiry. It is possible that you contacted us through a platform we do not monitor, or that the message was not successfully delivered. Had we received your message, we would certainly have provided you with the correct care instructions and usage guidance in a timely manner.
Regarding the fabric wrinkles: your order was placed in December 2025, and the chairs have now been in use for over six months. With each use, the pressure applied to the backrest can deepen the creases, especially if the fabric is not smoothed out promptly after use. Over time, this can make some wrinkles more difficult to remove completely. However, after reviewing the videos you kindly sent, we found that only two chairs showed very slight residual creases after smoothing – the other six chairs were able to be restored to a smooth finish.
We have already offered you a solution based on this assessment, and we understand that you have accepted it. We are sorry that the resolution did not fully meet your expectations, and we acknowledge that the process took longer than it should have.
We sincerely apologise that both our product and our customer service have fallen short of the standard you deserved. This is not the experience we wish any of our customers to have, and we are taking your feedback seriously to improve our quality control and support processes.
We regret that this experience has led you to feel that your money was wasted, and we respect your decision not to purchase from us again. Please know that we are genuinely sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused you.

We ordered 6 dining chairs which were delivered quickly. The packaging was very good but we discovered a problem with one of the chairs. The company responded to my enquiry within 24 hours, understood the problem and within 48 hours we had a replacement delivered. Brilliant customer service and beautiful chairs
