Excellent after sales service
The product i ordered was delivered in 2 separate boxes due to the physical size of the piece ordered. Sadly upon arrival, while unpacking box 2 of 2, it was clear that several of the pieces within were severely damaged.
However, after getting in touch with customer services via email, I had a reply within a day, and after sending images of the broken parts, it was agreed to send me a replacement box 2.
This was dispatched quickly and recieved within q working day.
The customer service ive received was superb, and im very happy with the final product too which is good quality.
Ill certainly use Clipop again for furniture.

I completely understand your frustration. However, I would like to kindly explain our situation: we have already issued a full refund for the damaged item as soon as the issue was reported. Unfortunately, due to our current logistics limitations, we are unable to arrange collection of the damaged parcel from your location.
We truly wish we could do more, but we hope you can understand that this is not something we can facilitate on our end at this time.

Disappointing
Slight marks/ damage to a couple of panels. Cabinet door issue - a slot to attach the hinge hadn't been cut deep enough. I had to cut it to the correct depth myself. Most people would have sent it back.

You are absolutely right – the hinge slot should have been cut to the correct depth at our factory, and you should not have had to fix it yourself. We also apologise for the marks and damage on the panels. This is not the quality we strive to deliver.
We completely understand why this has been a frustrating experience, and we appreciate that you took the time to make the repair rather than returning the item – but you should never have been put in that position.

Great service when parts missing
Ordered a Hollywood dresser for our daughter. Arrived with no drawer runners which makes it unusable.
Contacted them and they sent out a whole new unit so I didn’t have to mess about with parts. This was within two working days. Excellent customer service!
