DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Utter rubbish product and seller is not offering refund despite goods arriving broken. I have sent photos and they have failed to help at all. Please don't use this company. DO NOT USE - UPDATE There has been no effort of the company's part to resolve the situation despite the CLEAR PHOTOS of damage and I am now trying to recover MY money. I have told them I can't send videos 3 times and yet they are still bullying me and refusing to assist.

Very easy to order online
Very easy to order online. Arrived well packaged and delivered on time.
Only problem I had was the bolts to fit the legs on the bottom of the chair needed to be 3 mil longer. Who?ever drilled the Threads went to deep and I had to use all my force to get the bolt to catch.

Order for a pair of breakfast bar stools
Ordered a pair of kitchen breakfast bar stools. One was faulty, but I contacted customer service and a replacement was sent straight away. The packaging for the replacement was badly damaged in transit, but luckily the contents were fine. I supplied photos of the packaging and I understand that the courier was notified.
The stools were a reasonable price and look very smart. Customer service was excellent, so overall a great experience.
