I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with OFCASA. I paid good money for these chairs, only for them to arrive already damaged straight out of the box. The quality is terrible and definitely not worth the price.
To make matters worse, customer service has been awful. They have been unhelpful, offered no proper support, and are refusing to cover the return costs even though the items arrived damaged. As a customer, I shouldn’t have to pay out of pocket to return faulty goods.
Very poor quality products and even worse after-sales service. I would strongly advise others not to buy from OFCASA

As previously communicated: you filed a dispute with PayPal regarding this order. After reviewing your case, PayPal concluded that you would need to return the goods in order to receive a refund. This decision was made by PayPal — not by us.
Our website’s return policy clearly states that when the responsibility for the return lies with the buyer, the buyer must bear the return shipping costs. This is also why we had kindly asked for your cooperation in providing video evidence. Since you were unable to provide more detailed proof, PayPal ruled that you would need to cover the return shipping costs yourself.

Very easy to order online and there was a discount code available making my purchase a bargain. Delivery was very quick and i was kept updated of status of my order. It was chairs i ordered, they were packaged well, great quality and easily assembled.I had a good shopping experience and would recommend Ofcasa to anybody shopping for home furnishings.

As we previously explained, after receiving your photos, we were unable to confirm the number of damaged cartons because the images provided were not sufficient. We once kindly asked you to cooperate by taking a video so that we could confirm the actual number of damaged chairs. This would have allowed us to process the appropriate refund or replacement for you based on the confirmed information. Unfortunately, you declined to provide the requested video evidence.
You then filed a dispute with PayPal. After reviewing the case, PayPal concluded that you would need to return the goods in order to receive a refund. This decision was made by PayPal, not by us.
We have always been willing to resolve this matter in accordance with fair policies. We are not refusing to help — we are following the same rules that apply to all customers and that have been upheld by the payment platform you chose to involve.
Please feel free to return the items as advised by PayPal. Once we receive the return, we will issue your refund without delay.

Keine retoure möglich
Leider zeigt sich der Anbieter bei der Rücknahme der bestellten Stühle äußerst unkooperativ. Die Reklamation erfolgte bereits am ersten Tag nach Erhalt der Ware, dennoch wurde eine Rücknahme abgelehnt – trotz des bestehenden gesetzlichen Widerrufsrechts.
Als einzige Lösung wurde uns angeboten, lediglich 50 % des Kaufpreises zu erstatten, während wir zusätzlich auch noch die Versandkosten tragen sollten.
Dieses Vorgehen empfinde ich als wenig kundenfreundlich und irreführend. Ich hätte mir einen deutlich faireren und transparenteren Umgang mit der Reklamation gewünscht.

1. Wir haben Ihre Rückgabe zu keinem Zeitpunkt abgelehnt und respektieren selbstverständlich Ihr gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht.
Sie haben insgesamt 2 Kartons Stühle bestellt, wovon Sie einen Karton montiert haben. Ihr Rückgabegrund war eine angebliche „Farbabweichung“. Die Fakten sind jedoch:
①Auf unserer Website wird durchgängig der Stoffmuster-Service für genau diese Stühle angeboten.
②Eine tatsächliche Farbabweichung besteht nicht.
Wenn Sie unsicher bezüglich der Farbe sind, können Sie jederzeit vorab ein Stoffmuster bestellen.
2. Unsere Rückgaberichtlinien sind transparent und auf der Produktseite klar ersichtlich.
Dort heißt es:
①Bei bereits montierten Stühlen wird 50 % des Preises eines Kartons einbehalten (Wertersatz).
②Geht die Rückgabe auf ein Problem des Käufers zurück (z. B. Nichtgefallen, falsche Bestellung etc.), trägt der Käufer die Versandkosten.
Daher müssen Sie die Versandkosten selbst übernehmen und mit einem angemessenen Abzug rechnen. Dies ist keine „ausweichende Lösung“, sondern die einseitige, vertraglich vereinbarte Regelung – keine Irreführung.
3. Wir sind jederzeit bereit, die Rückgabe gesetzeskonform abzuwickeln.
Bitte senden Sie die Ware innerhalb der 30-tägigen Widerrufsfrist zurück. Wir werden die Rückerstattung dann gemäß unseren Richtlinien vornehmen.
Wir respektieren jede ehrliche Meinung, bitten jedoch um eine sachliche und faktenbasierte Bewertung.

Table was damaged on arrival,However my husband assembled it whilst I was on holiday,when I reported it said it had been damaged from over cleaning .table had not been used at all..very disappointed with product and awful customer service...would avoid at all costs..

However, we would like to kindly clarify a few points:
Your dining table was delivered on April 21st, but you reported the damage on May 7th – more than two weeks after delivery.
All our products go through strict quality inspection before being packed and shipped. It is highly unlikely that a large area of damage as shown in your photo would have gone unnoticed during packing.
The surface material of the table is clearly described on our product page, along with care instructions and important notes for maintenance.
Based on the above, the damage you showed appears to have been caused during assembly or after use. Unfortunately, under these circumstances, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.
We truly regret that this situation has led to your dissatisfaction, and we appreciate your understanding.

Got the dining table which is really nice but came broken and they agreed to send a replacement but we wanted a refund and we were refunded .
We have been contacting the customer service to come take the broken piece Away but no response . This is a 180cm long dining table , we have no means to dispose it.
It’s really hard to get a response and it’s annoying .its been a week!

He replied on May 1st, saying, “We would prefer a refund.” You also responded on the same day: “We appreciate a refund as soon as possible as we have no dining table at the moment.”
Based on your mutual agreement, we immediately issued a full refund. Since the refund was provided with your explicit consent, we are unable to arrange collection of the damaged table. You are welcome to dispose of it at your convenience.
