Excellent service
I had a brilliant experience with the estate agent. Lilly delivered excellent customer service , and she was very professional, polite and well spoken throughout. They took some really good pictures of the property and were very patient, giving us plenty of time and never making us feel rushed. Very impressed so far…
We recently appointed Oakmans to sell our house and so far we have been very impressed. Tom came to value it and he was very professional. We have just been visited by Dominic who has taken the photos, videos and even drone footage. He was also very professional and a great representative of the company. We are still in the early stages of getting our house up for sale but really feel that we have made the right choice by appointing Oakmans!

Fantastic Customer Service
I never write reviews but I genuinely couldn’t recommend this estate agents highly enough!
I visited my local branch in Harborne and was greeted by Mercedes - she was absolutely fantastic. She was super approachable and genuinely went above and beyond to help. It can be a stressful time renting/buying a property so it really made a difference having an estate agent that was reliable. The whole team have been incredibly helpful and friendly and it made the whole process feel so much easier and less stressful! Can’t thank you all enough!

The team at the Harborne branch were really professional and made the renting process stress-free from start to finish. We had a good experience with Oakmans throughout the sale of our house. The team were friendly, professional and kept us updated along the way.
Our valuer, Jilly, was really helpful and made the effort to personally show people around our house, which we really appreciated. Lesley, our sales progressor, was also very helpful, keeping things moving and making sure we were kept informed throughout the process.
Overall, we were pleased with the service we received and would be happy to recommend Oakmans.
