When I arrived, the agent was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable about the property. They took the time to walk me through each room, highlighting key features. I appreciated that there was no pressure - I was given space to explore at my own pace and ask questions.

Laura showed me round Chimney Pot Cottage. She had clearly mastered her brief and was charming, helpful and professional. The viewing was a very pleasant experience even though on reflection the property wasn't right for me.
