Poor product that broke down 3 times within the first 6 months, when it came out of the box the wheels were missing, doesn't suck up anything rude and ignorant staff....RUBBISH, DON'T BUY

The best vaccuum cleaner
Makers of the best vaccuum cleaner, Henry Hoover. There is a reason why pretty much all Cleaning Businesses use this hoover. That's because it's built to last and it gets the job done.

Good Product and Company
My Henry has now been retired to the upstairs hobby room after many years of excellent service and now sadly minus one eye and his mouth which do not appear to be available as spare parts.
Now replaced as the main hoover by an excellent 2400 watt Miele Cat and Dog model which is superior to the Henry model but twice the price (I don't live in the EU fortunately where power is restricted)
Henry serves us well as a back-up for our messy hobby room and on the rare occasions that I have had to contact Numatic I have found them to be helpful.

Accessory warranty
I purchased a Henry Extra in June 2013. The machine works great, but I have had a problem with the accessories. The main black plastic nozzle on the end of the flexi hose will not retain the chrome plated fittings properly. As you vacuum the floor the chrome tube slips out of the plastic nozzle. Pushing the fitting in harder does not help. It is one of those things, you put up with it for so long, before deciding to contact the makers (Numatic). Their reply was, 'the vacuum is covered under warranty for two years, but the accessories only six months. Sorry there is nothing we can do'.
I recon' it is a design fault, but was told they have not had any other people complaining.
If you buy one of these, and have trouble with your accessories, make sure you contact them within the six months.
Shame I will have to now buy another vacuum cleaner I can use. My last cleaner worked without a problem for around 20 years, so, shame on you Numatic.
