They deserve 10 negative stars!! Do not buy from this site. Total scam. Products are poor quality & not as described. They have blocked my email now that I wish to return items for a full refund. I will share my message about these scammers all over social media & beyond. They are not Australian, as trying to make out. Their product is cheap & nasty.

Giving them one star is to much. They send you worthless counterfeit rubbish. Unfortunately I read these reviews too late just another scam site. No contact if you don’t accept their dodgy offer of keeping your goods. And go pick out something else and you only need to pay the freight - to get another dodgy item. So if you don’t do that- bang your cut off. No response and no refund. My counterfeit orthotic sandals are a plastic piece of rubbish not fit to even donate. Do yourself a favour and don’t look at the product images because that’s not what your going get

I bought the advertised orthopaedic sandals. They were a very cheap imitation of a good sandal. Poor, poor quality that I paid $80 for. They look and feel like $2 sandals.
They advertise 30 day returns but said to me that it's only 14 days.
I think they are scanners.
I was away from home during the 14 days.
Several emails have brought no relief.
Don't but their products.

I oredered a pair of Ortopedic Sandals. I received it many weeks later. # weeks went by when I contacted them and turned out never even dispatched my order yet. I paid 80 dollars for the sandals but if i seen it before, I would never ever paid not even 2 dollars for it. absolutely cheap quality, everything on the website is a LIE!
Do not order anything it's a SCAM! you will never get your money back!

Do not buy from this place. Ordered midi dress, received a mini dress, different style & colour. Just could not get money back, offered 20% finally had to accept 60% despite the item being unsuitable for an 80 yo! Believe they use different names and may have similar companies, as exactly same thing has happened with same offers of sm partial refund. Be very careful

What they advertise is not what you receive. They DON”T honour their return policy. Took my money and now will not refund after returning their HORRIBLE AND MISLEADING product.

Complete Scam. They merit minus 5 rating.
They advertise clothing as being made of Linen or Cotton and when delivered are 100% polyester that is such poor quality it's like those semi disposable table cloths.
Contacted them re refund within minutes of opening the packet and they keep coming back with offers of store vouchers or partial refund, claiming that I have to pay for the return postage I have reached out to PayPal for refund with proof that they are a scam selling items under false pretenses. Even after PayPal contacted them they still came back with another offer if store credit.
Shame I didn't see thee reviews before purchasing.
PayPal should stop working with them as they are con artists. And they are not in Melbourne. They are 100% based in China.

BUYER BEWARE! TOTAL SCAM! The orthopaedic sandals were nothing like the advertised product, and are cheap plastic knockoffs with a putrid, toxic chemical smell! I have been trying to obtain a refund for 3 weeks and like everyone else has mentioned, I have been offered a partial refund or a gift voucher and bonus - I get to keep the crappy shoes! I doubt that I will ever see any refund, partial or otherwise.

I ordered two medium cotton dresses but they are 95%polyester and 5% cotton. Lovely print but the medium is huge. Trying to get them to exchange for a small size but only get automated email replies that just repeat the same message. I cant get an address to return or exchange the items.
Do not use this website.
I ended up taking the 40% refund as i am soo fed up trying to get the returns form from them. Will be interesting how long it takes to get the 40% refund. The advertise that they give a full refund however i cannot get the returns form from them to post back the dresses...very disappointing service.

Cheap and NastyPurchased what looked to be a quality orthopaedic leather sandal but what arrived was a cheap and nasty and actual product does not match what was advertised.

Do not buy from this company! Product is cheap and nasty - you cannot contact them except thru robot - PayPal helped me get partial refund but it took a long time.

Seems to be a recurring theme with this company - reading what others have written recently is my exact same experience. Shoes arrive look very different to picture, smell toxic and are cheap, nasty knock offs. DO NOT USE !!

Bought a dress paid $70 Aus when it arrived it was nothing like the picture. ABSOLUTELY DISCUTING

I ordered some sandals that were listed as orthopaedic- when they arrived they were cheap knockoffs with a completely flat sole - definitely not orthopaedic and definitely not worth $80.
When I tried to return them they initially offered me $40 refund and to keep the shoes but I declined.
They have now offered a 60% refund and said if I want a full refund I must return the shoes to China!
I have reluctantly accepted the 60% offer but would like to warn others of this dodgy website. I have not as yet received my refund

I fell for their slick advertising video on FB and bought two pairs of the Orthopedic Sandals. What arrived were a very cheap knock off made of cheap vinyl and elastic of what was advertised. I’ve been trying for two weeks to get the return label. They finally emailed it today but don’t give enough information to fill it out. Of course they take days to reply to each email I sent them which means that the clock will run out to qualify for their Return Policy.
My advice…. This company is a SCAM, don’t fall for it.

To say I am dissatisfied is an understatement. Received shoes and they are nothing like theirs description. No orthopaedic component to them and very poor quality.
The refund process is a nightmare and I doubt I’ll see any refund (only partial being offered ) as apparently “ it’s extremely difficult” to organise a return which would also be very costly at my expense.
Honestly it’s been going on for weeks and you can tell that they are just automated messages in email.
Stay right away from them.
