Nova Melbourne 

I placed an order with Novaro, I tracked my order and at one point it was less then 20km away from me then the next day I checked the tracking again my order had gone on a cross-country road trip, my order was now over 1558km and over 15 hours away in another state, delayed the delivery of my order for an unknown period.
While I understand that a third-party sorting error may have contributed to the issue, my experience was consistently brushed aside.

Customer service failed to respond meaningfully to my concerns. I was offered a 20% discount code for future use—despite having already stated I would not shop with Novaro again.
This “gesture of goodwill” felt especially insulting given that their website was advertising up to 80% off during a closing down sale.

I also felt misled by their 30-day return/exchange policy and the claim that I could “shop with confidence.” Their repeated statements about valuing customer trust and satisfaction were not reflected in their actions.

Eventually, I accepted their final offer: keep the order and receive a 20% refund.
I remain completely unsatisfied with both the product and the service.
I expect the refund to be processed as swiftly as my original payment was taken.

I do not recommend this company.

Scam scam scam scam...Novaro is not in Melbourne, theyre in China, I ordered a Black leather shoulder bag...it arrived ..after many weeks ..the product is faux black vinal synthetic material...nothing at all like the photos....totaly discusted I emailed ..and wanted to return this sham product ..and get a refund, I was offered 10% refund...and keep this ugly crappy bag...not genuine leather, I would Avoid this Novaro site ...SCAMMER SCAMMER ALERT AVOID BUYING FROM NOVARO..Not in Melbourne....

This company does not does not deserve a one star. It would be one of most dishonest companies that I have dealth with. I purchased a top from them. Upon arrival I found it be be of the poorest quality so I asked for a refund. They tried to offer me a discount on it but to me the product was of the poorest quality that I have seen. I again said I wanted a refund. I returned the jumper & after around two months I contacted them to say I had not received the refund. I was told that I would receive the refund when they received their product. After about 4-5 months I received a parcel pickup notice from the post office. Upon collection I found it to be the jumper returned. The post office told me that when products are not picked up from the depot in China they are returned. So what this company does is just not pick up the returns so that way they have not received them & do not give you your refund. DISHONEST...DISHONEST..

I have a friend at Aust. Post that told me all they do is rais a label to make out its on its way but it never leaves the FAKE AUSTRALINA WAREHOUSE CALL CHINA.

If I could give this company NO STARS I would! Ordered a month ago. I assumed the package was coming from Melbourne Australia and turns out it was getting shipped from China. Still waiting for my package and doubt I’ll get a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!

scam scam scam scam - we thought we were buying some jewelry for our wedding anniversary but found out it was a scam- we emailed them at 3 am to cancel said order and tried to get our money back, but this was denied, claimed the order was in transit but according to the tracking number it had not even been picked up
the company name is Novara Melbourne. they are not even in Melbourne, and they claim to use Australia Post

Advertisers quick shipping next day shipping purchased at the beginning of December 2024, still waiting on 4 January 2025 for my quick delivery. Poor service absolutely disgusting.

I ordered a shirt that the quality of materials is poor it said it was linen that’s not true I messaged them saying the sewing was at poor standards & no reply I’ve washed this blouse 2x and it’s falling apart the cotton is fraying everywhere extremely disappointing I was scammed

I ordered a dress that stated 100% cotton. It arrived way too big and no where near cotton. Was also offered %back but decided to send back. Thought to Melbourne but no...to China.
I took photo & had tracking no. It stopped on 27th November. Just seen email they are closing down so don't expect to get my money back. Don't buy from this company.

I returned my goods to China and they refused the parcel after it was processed by customs and out for delivery it was returned to me in Au I have to throw it all out I wouldn’t even consider giving these clothes to charity
On the positive the credit card company gave me back my money

Do not buy from this company the are not in Melbourne for a start.
Make returning a product impossible.You have to send the return by registered post with tracking number to China very expensive.
The fabric of the dress is polyester and spandax no a cool fabric as advertised

Buyer beware!! It’s a total nightmare- poor quality item (like terrible) and a major hassle to return. Don’t do it. There’s way better options out there. I got duped on Facebook. It’s terrible.

Dreadful fabric, like a rain coat but a summer dress. Terrible cut and shape. Their web site states returns accepted but when sought I was offered 20% of the price paid and a request to post to China ($20). The dress was sent from a Sydney address. I am furious and will persist.
Note other guises include: Byron Bay-Boutique and Innova.

False advertising. Company based in China not Melbourne. They ship their items from China. The quality is as good as Temu or Shein. Returning the items will cost you from $30+ Stay away from this scammer.

Burn your money and you will save money. They do not refund and even if sent to a dodgy address in China for and addition $35 to have the parcel miraculously returned. Emails are not answered. Quality of boots were something even if they were given to you, the quality was of a $2 piece of foot ware. We have to learn to only buy from Australian based companies...very clever adding Melbourne to the name. We are making many ugly Chinese rich and our Government needs to shut them down as they all have a warehouse here distributing the goods. If
the distributors were punished they would have no where to sell these dodgy products from. SAVE YOUR MONEY

Turns out they are based in China and all returns must be sent to China NOT Australia. They are NOT located in Melbourne. Of course the reviews are correct - they are not leather and not as described on their website - its just a copy of a quality website but definately NOT the goods provided - whilst they look similar, they are FAUX leather.

Unscrupulous vendor. Gives the illusion of being an Australian company. Uses other companies photos to sell their own copied, sub-standard goods. They have customer policies they do not follow..
I cancelled my order 10 minutes after placing. Sending both an email and cancelling on the website.
This was ignored, I was charged via PayPal. Unsuccessful in a PayPal review despite evidence because there is no category to make a complaint like this. Goods arrived, very poor copies of what was advertised. Not leather but cardboard and plastic, not cotton but unknown unlabelled synthetic fabric, not wool but unlabelled synthetic fabric. Holes in a jacket. Sizes not accurate. Can it get any worse? I wasted money.

I bought their boots under the impression they were a Melbourne company (in the name!). The boots were plastic and a couple of sizes smaller than usual for the size so I asked for a refund. After weeks of them trying to get me to keep them - just send more money and they would send a bigger size - they eventually gave me a return address in China and I had to pay the $25 shipping. After a couple of months I got the boots returned from China with a ‘bounce and return’ stickers! I just looked up this company and it said it had closed down, but beware of it returning with a different name. Not happy and would have given a zero stars if that were an option.

Don't order from this company. Cardboard boots that were supposed to be leather, lined with lamb - more like cheap acrylic.
