Terrible products. Everything everyone else says is so true. Wrong materials, wrong sizes. It's a disgusting ecommerce scam and whoever is behind this needs to be ashamed of their attitude and actions.

We ordered 2 cashmere jumpers and received 2 pieces made from polyester.
We ordered a pair of leather boots and received a pair of cheapest material PVC boots. Material falsely advertised, size wrong, style wrong.

Nuova Melbourne are a legitimate scam.

This is an absolute scam. I bought what looked like a knitted sweater with floral stitching and received a disgusting synthetic piece of rubbish with a printed pattern on it. The company deliberately poses as Australian when it in fact ships from Asia. I’ll be reporting to the ACCC as false advertising and a scam. Please do yourself a favour and avoid wasting your money like I did.

Absolutely crap!
I bought 2 cashmere jumpers and a pair of leather boots from this scam company what arrived was 2 polyester jumpers that are just horrible and a pair of plastic boots that are too small anyway $280 down the drain and after 4 emails with photos to prove they are polyester labels inside they say as the product is not damaged they can’t help me!

Fraudulent company. Trick you into believing they are Australian. Even put a Chullora NSW address on the parcel and then when you want to return the parcel you have to send it with tracking to China. Poor quality products. Steer clear from this company

I have bought a pair of boots for $89.95 from this company and received a pair of awful plasticky boots from China that are nothing like the photo. They are the wrong size also. After many emails, I have received instructions to send them back to an address in China and told to say they are worth less than $5 on the customs declaration! Surely illegal, unless they really are worth less than $5. Do not buy anything from this company.

I thought I had ordered genuine orthopaedic shoes, but NO, the website is posing as a high-end store in Melbourne, selling genuine Australian products. In reality, the goods are cheap counterfeit replicas sent from China. The goods are made from plastic which have a toxic smell to them. The scammers behind these websites trick customers into buying fake products, using their stolen imagery from other legitimate websites and use fake product descriptions, which are inaccurate/false and misleading. I have requested a full refund as per their 14-day money back guarantee, however, since I have requested the refund, I have received automated response emails suggesting other alternatives, such as replacing the products with something else more suitable. I have again requested a copy of their return authorisation form, but they keep stalling on their promise. The last response I received was an offer to keep the products and receive a 10% refund instead. Don't waste your time or money here. I wish I had read the reviews prior to making a purchase. You wouldn't pay $5.00 for these products at the Reject Store, absolute junk, which will end up in landfill.

I would give zero if I could! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I purchased a woollen cardigan off their website and what I received was a ‘printed ‘cardigan’ on cheap nylon material. I am totally disgusted that I paid over $60 plus shipping for this piece of rubbish which is going straight to the op shop! Absolutel GARBAGE!! Should be ashamed of tho. I will be reporting to consumer affairs.

I ordered one pair using PayPal and somehow a 2nd pair was billed. I immediately tried to stop it, and reached out to PayPal to help. Meanwhile the plastic shoes (advertised as leather), not orthopedic, not as shown, and the funniest thing was that both were sold as Size38 and there is an inch difference in the rubbish shoes that they sent. I wish I had read this review earlier.
PS I think that the email address below is possibly fake too.

Terrible quality, product doesn't match description and sizing all wrong. Took ages to deliver and still trying to get a refund.

So sorry I have bought boots from this website. I wish I had read other reviews before buying. Product is not good quality at all. Not like photos. Trying to get a refund, don't think it's going to happen. Emails back and forth, wanting me to send photos. Such a waste of time. Went into a local shoe store yesterday and such a pleasant experience and got black leather boots at a great price with wonderful service!! Lesson learnt!!

Scam Site. Items are trash . Keep your money and purchase from an Australian site. They are not in Melbourne and items are sent from China. Sorry we wasted our money.

The worse experience I have ever had. Ordered a knitted cardigan and received a printed top. Attempted to get a refund however after emailing and finally threatening to report them they have now sent me the correct order. I’m still waiting as it has to come from China so I have lost $89. Every communication does not address what you have asked for .I finally received a return form after being given three options but unfortunately we are travelling in the van and the item is at home . DO NOT buy from them.

Absolute junk!! Boots made of plastic which MAY last 1 month. Photos look like real leather

This company is a total scam. Someone has set up a website showing photos of products which don’t exit. I got scammed $69.70 & what I received is nothing like the product I viewed on ther website. Stay away - purchases are being sent from China via a website in the Netherlands - definitely not Melbourne Australia.

My mother has been scammed by this China SHAM website.

You will not receive the product as described and they have nothing to do with Melbourne. Created to SCAM Australians.

Ditto to everyone else .. how are these fraudulent operators not shut down by the office of Fair Trade… hideous product NOTHING like the representation advertised. I guess I’ll stop trying for the advertised refund if not satisfied 🤷‍♀️ and to have such a title which one would presume is a Melbourne based company
