Don’t bother
They are so sketchy, the interest is so high, they charge you different payments per month even though it’s supposed to be a direct debit loan? They charge you double for interest of borrowing, the dashboard makes no sense at all - doesn’t tell you how much you’ve paid so far/ how much you have left, just absolutely awful - they make up their own rules, I’ve never regretted putting my card details into a website as much as I have with this company, I’m in too deep now as it’s a contract but honestly I would say don’t bother, save yourself the stress and go with a different company because it’s simply just not worth it. I wish I could cancel so badly but there’s literally nothing I can do now, I’ve cried over this numerous times it’s just absolutely horrendous

I’ve had Newpay for years. It’s ever convenient and easy to use. Only thing is I wish there was more sites that accepted it.

AVOID
Purchased an item from Dusk and used New Pay to fund it. I returned the items to Dusk which cleared the balance on my New Pay account. I chased New Pay on several occasions to confirm whether or not they received the refund. Four weeks after the refund having been received by them they are refusing to accept they have it, directing me to do a complaint then a dispute - whilst simply refusing to credit the refund. New Pay owe me money (given they have the refunded monies in their account or should chase the merchant directly for it). I am required to continue to pay the contractual monthly amounts until my account is recredited which means that New Pay are financially benefitting not only by having the refunded credit but also by requiring me to pay them monthly.
They have zero interest in resolving the matter swiftly.
AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU INTEND TO REFUND ITEMS AS THEY WILL KEEP YOUR REFUND AND REFUSE TO CREDIT YOUR ACCOUNT WHILST MAKING YOU CONTINUE TO PAY THEM EACH MONTH

I purchased a DJ Deck for my son and used trustpilot to finance it the system they use is very easy to use and I got a response back very quickly so I went ahead with the purchase. The comms from Trustpilot have been great throughout the year and so I am happy to recommend them

Strongly recommend
I was able to buy a large expensive item and pay it back with an affordable amout each month. full access to my account and a reminder of the monthly payment to be taken from my bank a few days before. I had no problems with Newpay and have now finished my payments .I would strongly recommend Newpay.
