We enjoyed travelling with Nationalholidays on 10 days Andorra tour with following unexpected distressing events :
1. First night Hotel confusion
2. Late night long travelling to and from Manchester to Folkestone.
Our overall evaluation of the tour is GOOD. We are also very happy with the performance of our driver and our full time and local guides in Andorra.

an amazing holiday in Lake Garda
Had an amazing holiday in Lake Garda. Duncan the Driver and James the Tour manager made this holiday they were brilliant. James was very knowledgable and was very attentive to everyone. Duncan was an excellent driver and gave us some good advice. Brilliant Hotel staff and food were amazing . Best holiday ever.

First time coach holiday so i was…
First time coach holiday so i was suprised to how relaxing this was. The hotel was basic but the staff and meals were great, in my opinion, the trip was made by the coach driver, he was a professional through out, very funny and engaging on and off duty. If all the drivers are like that, then another break coming soon.

The customer service provided by the driver was exceptional. From the initial pick‑up through to each destination and the return journey, the driver demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness, which enhanced the overall travel experience. The coach was clean, comfortable, creating a pleasant and relaxing environment throughout the journey. The hotel and included meals offered good value for money, that contributed positively to the overall trip.

Happy coach travel holiday
Booking over the phone was so easy reservation lady did all she could she explained everything to us ..very polite and helpful,travelling to our destination, the driver very helpful, took our luggage and loaded it onto the coach never saw it again until we approached our room,there it was waiting for us. Very pleased with the hotel food..excellent and plenty of it, accommodation modern fresh and clean any queries at reception dealt with straight away with pleasant and helpful staff, would certainly do this your again

Our room was dated.No plugs near bed…
Our room was dated.No plugs near bed had to use a long wire extension I found in a drawer.Bathroom incredibly small.Would be impossible for a fat or heavy person to use the toilet which was in a narrow alcove in bathroom.Food was adequate but not top drawer.
