Went to Chelsea flower show
Went to Chelsea flower show, very good 2 days. Driver was nice and helpful (Tony).
When it was time to head home 2 ladies were missing. They had come out of the wrong side of the show. He got in touch with office phoned the ladies and directing them to get to the bus. That's good practice and makes you feel assured that you are not going to be left 200 miles from home, because of a mistake that anybody can make .

What a fabulous trip
What a fabulous trip, thank you. The bus driver was pleasant and helpful. He gave us a couple of hours in Windsor, which was a bonus.
The hotel was great too. The staff said "Good morning" which is rare nowadays and the rooms were comfortable.
The food at dinner and breakfast was also very good with lots of variety. Really enjoyable.

Eden Project
The main driver was knowledgeable about the places we visited (Eden Project, Land's End etc). He also planned in comfort stops where appropriate. Hotel was quite basic but food was good. Journeys both ways were over 12 hours from our pick up point in Norfolk. Some people were on the coach before us, so very tiring.

Very helpful driver and tour guide
Very helpful driver and tour guide. Hotels excellent, but evening meals too late. Too much travelling. Entertainment not recommended. Will be a long time before we travel by coach. Sorry

One evening all coaches hit the dining room together! Absolute Chaos! I went out and bought a Pizza!!

Scarborough Break
Coach had comfortable seating but as the air flow not air conditioning couldn't be altered ..at front of coach were freezing back of coach was sweltering. Luckily we had pit stops so some of us changed seats ! The hotel was lovely clean and helpful and staff polite . Hotel in good position for town and beach..also good walking paths. Trips were nice. As tourist either a map would have helped to navigate places or in York a guide ? I would use again.

The hotel in Edinburgh awful, too many people trying to get food and not enough room for everyone. Food quality not as good as the Aberdeen hotel. And public places terrible to have a drink at night. Coach staff brilliant and couldn’t be better

We booked for Folkestone but then got a…
We booked for Folkestone but then got a call saying the feeder vehicle at Scarborough was full. We were told we could get on at Hull but we didn't want to go that.
But every cloud we have booked a much better deal to Folkestone and Canterbury which has an individual xtra day a visit to Bruges and a 7 am pick up instead of 5 am.

We enjoyed travelling with…
We enjoyed travelling with Nationalholidays on 10 days Andorra tour with following unexpected distressing events :
1. First night Hotel confusion
2. Late night long travelling to and from Manchester to Folkestone.
Our overall evaluation of the tour is GOOD. We are also very happy with the performance of our driver and our full time and local guides in Andorra.

an amazing holiday in Lake Garda
Had an amazing holiday in Lake Garda. Duncan the Driver and James the Tour manager made this holiday they were brilliant. James was very knowledgable and was very attentive to everyone. Duncan was an excellent driver and gave us some good advice. Brilliant Hotel staff and food were amazing . Best holiday ever.
