So far, we only had good experience with National Holiday. Everybody does a good job. For the price we pay good value for money.

Great experience, very good itinerary. Great driver in Dave.He is very friendly and only too willing to go the exta mile to help.Wonderful mystery weekend.Enjoyed so much booked again for August.

Very easy and efficient, booked and paid in a couple of minutes. Staff very helpful with any queries.

The advisors were helpful to make enquiries and provide info on pick up and accommodation for a single. Called back and allowed time for response. Looking forward to trip and that all goes smoothly.

Our base was in Coventry which gave us a good base for our trips. We loved Stratford upon Avon then a trip to Stow on the Wold spent two hours there which was adequate then two hours in Broadway. All these places were well worth the visit and the weather was beautiful. Trip there was a little long due to delays on motorway. Would definitely book with the company again.

Although I enjoyed visiting the gardens, I think the way we were dropped off and left to find our way to the Chelsea Flower Show’s entrance gate with minimum instruction, could have been better organised because a few passengers got lost trying to find their way back to the coach’s pick-up point. It would have been much less worrying if the coach driver could have dropped everyone outside the entrance gate and picked them up from there, however, failing that, the alternative could have been for the coach driver to walk with everyone to guide them there and then meet met them at the same entrance gate to guide them back to the coach.
Another disappointment was the mini bus that transferred us to the main coach because the driver had never driven that route before, so got lost a few times which greatly delayed the connection time, plus there were no windows for us to open and the air conditioning was inadequate which bearing in mind it was an extremely hot day was almost unbearable. I have to say I do not blame the driver and feel under the circumstances she coped admirably, but I do blame her boss who knowing it was her first trip should have accompanied her because he knew the way.
Lastly, the room in which the evening meals were provided at the hotel, was too small, unwelcoming and felt cramped, plus the buffet food was almost cold by the time we queued to get it and sat down to eat. If they used heated serving dishes to keep the food warm and warmed the plates, this problem could have been avoided. Finally, when we got on the main coach we were told that coffee and tea were available on the coach, but not once were we offered any.
Apart from this I thought the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were nice and clean, the beds were extremely comfortable and the main coach was comfortable, clean and had very good air conditioning.

Driver was excellent. Think Balmoral should have been on the Sunday and Aberdeen and Stonehaven on the Saturday as most places and shops were closed on the Sunday but overall enjoyed the hotel was also fine .

Had an itinerary which everyone knew about and stuck to Driver was friendly and kept us informed of any changes to situations that arose ie traffic jams Hotel was excellent way beyond my expectations

Advertised the anderton boat lift when it knew it wasn't working, then the advertised boat trip was cancelled due a breakdown.

The driver, Patrick, was brilliant.

Coach on time. Driver good. Hotel satisfactory. Room spacious and clean. Theatre excellent.
Lack of legroom on coach. Second day included going back into London. Would prefer a different excursion on second day, maybe to Windsor or Warwick.

Excellent organisation of the trip - timings, hotel, transport.

The booking process was fine the coach was comfortable and the driver was experienced in driving through London. We enjoyed going to Windsor and enjoyed the Chelsea flower show. The hotel room was fine but the food was terrible. I was unable to eat any of the evening meal or the breakfast they ran out of bread for toast and the cooked breakfast was tasteless. The floor in the dining area was dirty we even found a boiled egg under the table during the evening meal that had been there from the mornings breakfast.

Too many pickups for just 2 people extendingtheyravel time by hours. The hotel was very basic butthe evening meal was barely edible and the restaurant manager was abrupt and extremely rude he made myself and other members of the trip feel like second class citizens!

Pickup on time. Coach clean and comfortable.
Hotel clean and within 45mins of venue.
Even meal not good, poor menu, food quality poor, no table to sit and eat meal.

Went to Chelsea flower show, very good 2 days. Driver was nice and helpful (Tony).
When it was time to head home 2 ladies were missing. They had come out of the wrong side of the show. He got in touch with office phoned the ladies and directing them to get to the bus. That's good practice and makes you feel assured that you are not going to be left 200 miles from home, because of a mistake that anybody can make .

Enjoyed every minute but did think the seats on the coach could have been bigger.
