It was a good experience overall. The staff were very understanding ( as I was late delivering the car for service) because I had a flat battery before leaving home and the RACV had to put in a new battery. The service personnel were courteous in informing me on the phone what repairs needed to be done. However, they were not able to fix my radio as it went into SEC mode when my battery was flat. I thought that the mechanics should know how to do this simple procedure by inserting the last three digit of the vehicle number ( which I googled and found out on you tube). Overall rating good.

I would like to thank Anjara and Nolan for their help in working through scenarios and resolving my car problems! They were communicative, polite and efficient and did the fix in time frames that I needed. As I work shifts, so it needed to be co-ordinated with order of parts and fitting it in. I am just relieved that it’s sorted. Thank you again!

Website booking process was great...
Drop off and pick up was a little messy + the very hard sell for wheel alignment was a big turn off

I gave instructions to help me check my ignition system as it started failing the week prior the service.
I was never called during the day to receive feedback about this or any other list of issues as its usual on a service to prioritise and decide together what I would like to pay to get fixed.
It was me calling their office around 1pm to receive feedback, they promise someone will call within an hour to provide the feedback, they never called.
At 5 pm I started walking towards the service to pick my car thinking they made magic and everything was covered as I never received the feedback call.
At 5:10 pm just as I was meters away they called to let me know there was a large list of issues to review with me.
Providing the feedback call just minutes before to arrive to my pick-up is not service, is negligence even when I asked for a prompt call.
Very disappointed, first and last time I will use My Car.

Still waiting for an email with everything that needs doing.

Quick and efficient service

Car was serviced very quickly. Had a phone call to let me know that they needed to do a few extra things which I appreciated. Very friendly and very professional.

Great service, mechanics took care of everything that was needed beyond regular service, easy to get to and drop off car, helpful customer service (although couldn’t get through on phone for a while).

Generally, communication was poor

I asked them to do a couple of specific things, such as adjust my headlight and disposing of an old car battery. Neither was done. I was told that log book service (165k) included replacement of air filter & cabin filter. Neither was done. I took it back for some recommended repairs. They texted ne to advise car was ready for collection. It was in fact still being road tested & was not there. Then I was told, as I was collecting it & after they had the car for two days, that the aircon compressor needed replacing. The cat was now making a noise I had never heard before. They told me 1) that they had ordered a new compressor; & 2) They would call me the next day with a price. Neither happened. No idea how they would quote me a price if they hadn’t already looked the part up (which they’d have to do if they hadn’t already ordered one). The manager resolved the issue of the quote, but it took two days. More junior staff seemed willing to bullshit rather than look something up or admit they didn’t know.
I have gone back as it is a convenient location and prices are manageable. But I have little faith in their thoroughness or attention to detail.

First timer with my car great job very friendly and helpful will be using again keep up the good work 👍
