It seemed overpriced for virtually no work done.

The invoice also appeared to be inaccurate. One point mentioned that windshield wiper additive was added, but it’s just water — there’s no additive. Additionally, the warning light on my dashboard indicating low coolant was on before the service, and it’s still on and low afterward.

Overall, I feel like I’ve been ripped off and received a very half-hearted service for a considerable amount of money. I will not be returning.

There was a lack of customer care.
I had to call and ask when my car would be ready because I didn’t get an update or sms as told. I arrived 4hours later than I was told it would be ready only to walk in and see my car was only just being worked on. I had to wait there until the job was finished. No one even said anything to me. They all just avoided me until the job was done. Not even an acknowledgement.
Will most definitely not be returning

I regularly get my tyres from this place because Kenny and his team always do a good job and quickly !

Car was ready before promised time!

Mycar Windsor were fantastic - I went in with a couple of tyre issues and they took care of it on the spot even though they were very busy with other cars in the bays. They fixed the problem on the spot and within 30 minutes I was on my way. They couldn't do enough for me.

I have been taking my car for servicing and repairs to MyCar Windsor for years because I trust the staff and am happy with the pricing. The staff are super friendly and honest and go the extra mile to make customers feel like they are important. I won’t take my car anywhere else because I know it’s in good hands at MyCar Windsor.

I had no clue my tyres didn’t have much tread left on them so Kenny informed me, I booked them to be changed as soon as I could afford and they fit me in quickly. The tyres look great and the drive is so much smoother. Thanks for looking out for me!

Communication was not satisfactory. Getting through to a consultant via the phone was near impossible.

From start to finish everything was a positive experience,very helpful and very professional.
