My experience was so bad !
They have some unprofessional staff working there.
Kept my electric car for 4 hours and did nothing and asked me to charge it after 4 hours .
My whole day got wasted and there was no apology from them !!

I have recently been to mycar Tyre and Auto, Pacific Werribee for new tyres and wheel balance services, been there several times for these same services. The team there are very professional and I highly recommend them for all your tyre needs.

Mitsubishi log book service
I have been using mycar for last couple of years. This time I took the opportunity to book log book service as It was 100$ off. What can go wrong?

The car was booked in for 9 am and I asked if I could have it back by 1 and it was ready for me to pick at up 12.45 Aas far as I am aware they did a good service to the car and advised what was needed and how long I could wait before doing these changes

Website booking system needs to be fixed
Booked online selecting available time offered, showed up at selected time 3pm to be told you can't have a service at 3pm. Had to then return the following day to get car serviced. Rep said the website does this all the time and they've complained about it, but nothing has changed. Staff were good to deal with despite booking incident.

Good communication throughout. Had a couple of minor issues after getting car back, but they fixed them next day without a booking. Understaffed and fully booked, they did a great job! Thanks

Helpful staff
Helpful staff. Quick to get apt.
Had to come back to workshop midway through service to take my car to a charging station and charge my car battery (PHEV). MyCar should ensure that workshops have fast chargers to avoid this happening.
