The worst service I have ever received! I’ve been going to My Car for years, never a problem with my car afterwards. Great service, great team until now.
My car went in fine and came out with problems.
I reported the problems the next day and was booked in again to have it looked at.
After another 2.5 hrs waiting for my car, I was told it was fine. Drove it home and it wasn’t fine.
Engine light on, rough idling .
I sent an email to Customer Care and was told they would investigate. They did this and I was told that there was no issues with it on completion of the work.
This is rubbish! Customer care told me that I could have a dealership inspect my car and if any problems found, MyCar would fix under warranty.
I paid $634 for this log book service. Why should I have to pay more money to have some other business find the problems My Car left me with?? I also received 12 months roadside assist, no mention of the number I could call if needed. So I asked. The manager there pointed at the sign on the wall and said “this number”
I took a card of the counter and asked for it to be written down.
Again, the service I have received in the past including being told about contact for road side assist has never faulted.
I want my car fixed!
How can the mechanic get away with such poor service.
I will NEVER use My Car again or recommend the company.

The guys were really helpful and nothing was a bother even my girl questions. Finished the service and new tyres in record time. Recommend them to everyone. No sneaky charges and were open about all possible costs.

Competitive pricing, great communication both on arrival and during the service. Car was ready on time and everything was explained again on arriving to pick it up. Extremely satisfied with the workmanship and customer service.

Had a wheel alignment done on my car and took vehicle back as steering wheel was off centre. Have to rate Nathaniel’s ( manager ) customer service as extremely good. Very impressed and will use again.
