The service was excellent and the car was finished and ready for pick up at the allocated time.
And a very friendly bunch of guys

Simple job
Simple job, well executed in a timely manner. I had a screw in the tire. I had checked less than a week before when I checked all the tires and the spare. All good then. Gwent out late morning, completely flat tire. I took it in and expected it to take several hours as all the bays were full. All done in less than too hours.

Always polite and always friendly
Always polite and always friendly. They keep you up to speed on the progress and there are no hidden costs on top of what you have been quoted, but if it is serious they will contact you before carrying out the extra work

Brilliant Service
The team at Smithfield were amazing to deal with. I needed to change my service booking and Mark was so accommodating on the phone, he took the time to answer some questions and was happy to help.
Communication was really good on the day of service as well and Im happy with the work done.

I have never found a good trustworthy…
I have never found a good trustworthy mechanic. And then I came to Mycar. Honestly these guys are just the best. They are always kind, courteous and genuine. I always leave feeling so well looked after and like I’ve got value for my money. I will continue to use Mycar from now on as they seem dedicated and actually have an interest in my car being well! Thankyou so much Mycar. I hope I’m not back soon but if I am I know you’ve got me and my car 🙏

Super friendly and even matched a lower…
Super friendly and even matched a lower quote from another tyre shop. Very handy to shop why your tyres get fixed and I also recently had a nail in my new tyre and they also fixed that for free
