Just drove in without appointment but got attended to and in a couple of hours, had my new tiers installed.

Did as required. In on time, out early, price as quoted. Usual pleasant staff, who know what they are doing.

Another car service complete, was quick and efficient. I dont ever feel like they try sell you anything you/your car dont need. The cost of service is really good esp when other places charge twice or more for exactly the same thing.

Went in for a tyre change and swapped wheels and was told the job was finished. Picked up, went home and checked, no work had been done. Called back to come back in and got the work done. Still rated highly as I haven’t had issues in the past, mistakes happen.

They phoned me during the work advising other problems needed attention, thus getting the Ok and fixing all problems. This is preferred to finding out when collecting the car, and needing to rebook.

There was a misunderstanding on the appointment and I arrive at a much earlier time. The staff nicely did their best to anticipate the little repair for me so I did not have to wait too long. Only little neg. they didn't close properly the bonnet but that is not a big deal. I noticed it when home and closed it.
