High quality and honest service
Service is always great here, mechanics are honest and do a high quality job. No excessive upselling and prices for the Essential Plus package ($289) are good value when you consider the complementary 12 months road side assist.

Great Team, Honest and Helpful
Had my car serviced at mycar Reservoir and not long after, it broke down due to the alternator... something that they couldn’t have picked up on during the service. It’s an old car with lots of kms on it. Serge and Lachlan were both super nice about it. Even though it wasn’t their fault, they still covered the tow and labour costs for the repair. They got it all sorted really quickly and they even helped me organise the tow. Really appreciated how they handled everything. Great customer service and genuinely decent guys. Can't thank them enough!

This is the second car I've taken to MyCar Reservoir. Serge and his crew always go above and beyond expectations, clearly communicating cost and what work will be carried out with honesty and integrity. I had issues picking the car up before 530pm, but it was not a problem, and the staff assured me the car would be securely held in the workshop overnight. Bloody legends!
