This is my first time trying mycar with the first service for my Mercedes GLA. The App allows you to nominate a drop off a pick up time. When I dropped off the car, I was told there was nobody there (yet) and asked to leave the car for an extra hour which I agreed to but which fortunately was not necessary in the end. The service was completed on time however on the way home and after I had already crossed the toll bridge, I found that the service computer had not been reset and the service reminder still displayed. I called mycar and was advised that "new Mercedes can be a bit finnicky"... the person apologised and asked me to come back however as I had already crossed the toll bridge, I declined. I was then asked to call when I was ready to make another appointment. Ordinarily I would have left it at that but when a company subsequently asks for feedback, that's an opportunity to ensure things go better next time. 1. The App creates certain expectations, including the pick up time. When I arrived and was asked to change the pick up time, that didn't create a good first impression. 2. This was the very first (A) Service so no issues were expected, nor detected. Not resetting the Service computer is annoying and will result in having to make another appointment and another trip to mycar.

The servicing was prompt, the staff were polite and helpful and I was able to make a same-day booking easily for a puncture repair. The lifetime warranty for puncture repair is excellent and so helpful.

Fantastic service

I have been getting my two cars' regular service done at mycar Indooroopilly since moved to Brisbane in 2020. Staff are always kind and helpful. They are working really hard and can explain to you everything you are curious about your car or the service. Highly recommended!!!

Good communication from efficient and friendly staff at Indooroopilly. Free breakdown service for 12 months after log book service. No issues at all. I have recently had a log book service, new tyres and airconditioning evaporator replaced. Pricing good. Well done!

Josh and the team were amazing - I had a punctured tyre which needed to be replaced. They had none in stock but managed to find one, collect it and replace it all within a day. He was polite and informative. It was a seamless processes

They fit us in same day with no notice while we were on our way to go fishing.
Fitted 2 tyres and rotated the remaining tires. They even refrigerated our bait whilst the job was being performed. They gave us a timeline which was accurate allowing us to shop local and we were close at hand when called on completion.
