Worst first & ever experience at Mycar
Worst first & ever experience at Mycar, epping. I trust these mechanics for my BMW servicing as I thought they have knowledge about euros but I was wrong. On 4/7/24 I took my car there just basic service but eventually paid $900 as they added up extra repairs. But just within a week my car engine light turned on with several faults. I ran back and forth to these guys but they asked me to get checked with euro specialist. They could’ve checked my car at their shop but simply referred me to specialist.I have a report from euro specialist stating there was a negligence during servicing. I have been emailing all the reports and evidence to their customer service team since then but without even physically diagnoses of my vehicle even once they are denying everything. Now I have been left all alone to pay $8000 for repairs plus I am struggling ever day till now since 11/7/24 without car as they didn’t even offer me a hire car even for a day. Not at all helpful customer service and the manager is disrespectful towards women. They made their money. But I am still struggling. What a harassment for trusting you guys!

Quality service at reasonable cost.
The team at Epping provided honest and informative information. They were able to assist me in getting my service done when other service centres wanted to charge me $900 to get the same service done.

Booking was easy and work prompt
Booking was easy and I was talked through all the available tyre options. On the day, work was completed promptly and benefits such as puncture repair for the life of the tyres was explained to me thoroughly.

Do not want to give even 1 star. They have no means of appointment. Please take a few extra hours of spare time if you booking with them.
