The delivery was free of charge but extremely quick and I was kept well informed of my parcel’s progress. I was extremely impressed by the whole ordering experience. The goods are of excellent quality and I am extremely pleased. It was much cheaper to order through mobility express than Amazon who don’t appear to knock off the VAT.

Ordered my scooter online
Ordered my scooter online. Delivered within a couple of days. Driver was very helpful getting the scooter into the house and very polite. The scooter was easy to prepare for use and fits my car boot perfectly. Battery easy to remove and carry. Only problem so far is be careful starting off on a hill as the scooter will rear up on you if you try to move off too quickly hence 4 stars. You need to lean forward starting on a hill. Something you will get used too. All in all seems like a nice little runabout mobility scooter so far.

We appreciate your feedback regarding starting off on an incline. As with any new mobility scooter, the controls and handling can take a little getting used to, particularly when navigating slopes. We always recommend starting off gently and gradually building confidence with your new scooter. For safety, we would advise avoiding hill starts where possible and never attempting slopes beyond the scooter's recommended capabilities.

Smashing bit of kit
Smashing bit of kit, brought for my parents so it won't get major use but for what they need its great. Light weight compared to some we looked at, nice and compact when folded, feels and looks good quality. Only slight negative is the booklet isn't much use but its still easy enough to figure everything out yourself.

I'm still waiting for it to arrive. The courier keeps on cancelling. Friday then Saturday now I have to wait until Monday. I hope it gets delivered this time. I bought it and I haven't sat in it yet. You need to speak to your delivery firm. Buying the chair was great really enjoyed the experience.

An excellent company, a pleasure to do custom with.., you are able to discuss your situation and get help with no pressure, heel chair arrived very quick , there were a couple of bits missing when my son put the chair together, but it only took one e mail to put this right. Which they acknowledged, apologised and the bits came the following day. I was very impressed with the way I was treated, it reminded me of old fashioned service what we used to get before WiFi. No hard sales, Try before you buy!
I had seen the electric wheelchair I wanted online but was unsure about the seat size or if I could manage it. The sales assistant put me at ease straightaway and brought out the one I was interested in to have a try. They have a mini course of slopes and different floor texture such as bark, stones etc for you to try. I was left to try with no pressure to buy and just to give her shout if I needed anything. I was struggling with the joystick control so she swapped it out for the golf ball with changed how to operate it and I finally felt in control.
Our next step was would it fold up and fit in the car which she happily helped us find out.

It arrived three days later as we went in on a Saturday. The delivery delivery driver was helpful getting into the house so could move the box in the hallway.
Had follow up emails and texts reassuring me the company is there to help with any problems
