Excellent service again!
Once again…placed an order for parts. They were dispatched for next day delivery. Unfortunately the courier did not make delivery next day but it came the day after!
Mobility Plus were as brilliant as they have been in the past!

Best experience highly recommend
Had the first positive day today after worst year of my life being so unwell and mostly housebound.
Today visited mobility plus + at Worksop Nottinghamshire
Was met by the most lovely manager carol .
She was helpfully and knowledgeable she has given me hope that I will get some quality back to my life again 😊
Can’t wait to return to purchase my chosen wheelchair 🤩

What a fabulous experience we had! We were welcomed to the store by Carol. Im a returning customer, and knew what I was looking for. Carol let me try out the scooter, showed us how to fold it down and also showed us an easy way to put into our boot. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about the equipment she sells. We will be returning - most probably to buy a couple of recliner chairs. Carol is an absolute asset to your company x

Quality products with excellent customer care.
Visited their Nottinghamshire showroom. 90 mins away, but invaluable to view and try electric wheelchairs before you buy. My wheelchair is an investment for my mobility and well-being and the welcome I received, with their knowledge of the products and advice was instrumental in me choosing the right wheelchair for me. Delivery was swift, professional and my chariot awaits!!! (For the rain to stop!)

Always great service from Mobility Plus. I made my order on line, I usually do it by way of a telephone call, I received my order the next day as stated, by their chosen courier. Absolutely no issues, I will continue to use Mobility Plus for all of my mobility aids.

Easy website to navigate
Easy website to navigate , made the whole experience very simple and quick . Had a little wait because the powerchair I wanted wasn't in stock but was kept informed when it was available. Very quick delivery , excellent service.

Very good wheelchair …but...
I did not like the absence of written documents regarding the purchase. No invoice/proof of purchase which would be useful when arranging insurance. No warranty or insurance papers.
The instruction booklet did not say that the battery pack had to be switched on to enable charging. This caused a lot of worry over our inability to get the battery charged up.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're pleased to hear you're happy with your new wheelchair, although we're sorry that certain aspects of your experience caused some confusion and unnecessary worry.
Regarding documentation, invoices and proof of purchase are provided electronically via email, while insurance documents are issued directly by the insurance provider rather than ourselves. Our warranties are also registered and logged electronically, so there's no need to worry about keeping physical paperwork. However, we completely understand that some customers prefer written documentation, and we're more than happy to provide copies of any purchase or warranty information upon request.
We also appreciate your comments regarding the battery switch. We completely agree that this can cause confusion, particularly when setting up the wheelchair for the first time. We've already taken steps to address this and will shortly be introducing clear instructional stickers on our batteries to make the charging process easier to understand.
Customer feedback like yours is incredibly valuable, as it helps us identify areas where we can make improvements to both our products and the overall customer experience.

,Visited showroom without an appointment Was greeted by a friendly member of staff how showed me three scooters and was most helpful and patient whilst I tried them all before settling on the most suitable one . I did not purchase on the day but purchased on the website which was completed easily . Delivery was very prompt on the day stated . Very pleased with the service.

I was never going to get a mobility…
I was never going to get a mobility scooter until I seen the stealth3. Foldable, light weight and on 3 wheels. A very nippy and trendy scooter. Made a phone call to the Worksop branch met Carol who’s knowledge is amazing, test drove a couple and bought it there and then. Got it delivered with a spare battery which was obviously extra. Took my husband two minutes to set up. Fantastic service from start to finish 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.Get me on that plane and the little scooter will be with me, oh and the husband 🤣🤣🤣🤣
