Helpful friendly service. Delivery very quick. Ordered on Friday arrived on Monday. Very carefully boxed. Really pleased.

After initial hiccup everything worked out ok.

Being reliant on a wheelchair i have tried different makes and sizes i then got a nova+ from mobility+ and i can honesty say i will never get a wheelchair from anywhere else the price was good and the wheelchair has changed my life i can now going into shops etc that i never felt i would be able to go onto befor its so compact snd turns on the spot also delivery was prompt and it is very lightweight if your thinking of buying from mobility+ dont delay 10 out of 10

It came when said it was easy to put together

Ordered on 7th October for my husbands Christmas gift, the scooter and extra battery was out of stock. Came back into stock around the 13th and was delivered within a few days excellent service
He hasn’t tried the scooter outside yet as the weather has been a bit wet but hopefully we will get out in the next few days.
As my husband has an artificial hip I think an improvement could be made to this scooter 1) a small swivel seat to aid getting on and off, and the tiler to be able to move forward to allow easier access onto the scooter

As the spare battery I required was out of stock, I placed a request to be notified when available again. I was notified (quite quickly), I ordered it, and received it. This was a very efficient service. Thank you!

Great company all staff very helpful, I have purchased two wheelchair and two recliner chair over time, this time I only wanted a screw from wheelchair bracket, I revived it next day great service, many thanks from a salified customer

My package was delivered on time ,in good order, i had a problem of charging my battery, and rang them twice .I eventually found from a neigbour to take my battery out, and switch it on which I did. The leaflet that came with the scooter could do with updating.

Brilliant service from ordering my scooter to having it delivered. Easy to put together. Lovely to ride and comfortable seat.

The staff are great but i did have problems with thier delivery service whereas only 3 of the parcels arrived on time and because it was a Saturday they couldn't deliver or be contacted until the Monday, but it was delivered first thing which I was greatfull for.
Anyway I was pleased with the 2 chairs that I ordered and had no problems putting them together. I would recommend them for thier products and customer service all in all I was happy and would consider them again.

your agents were very helpful that made me happy, the minor downside was as I was paying they asked foredical proof to get my tax reduction, my proof was I bought the apparatus so I could walk, also, nothing they could do about it but the advertising should include requires self build, thankfully I could cope, but overall everything and everybody was wonderful, and I am trying to get medical proof, delivery was also fast, next day, thank you
