An excellent company
An excellent company, a pleasure to do custom with.., you are able to discuss your situation and get help with no pressure, heel chair arrived very quick , there were a couple of bits missing when my son put the chair together, but it only took one e mail to put this right. Which they acknowledged, apologised and the bits came the following day. I was very impressed with the way I was treated, it reminded me of old fashioned service what we used to get before WiFi. I am 83 years old and. They were perfectly easy to talk to and deal with throughout the experience. Thank you mobility plus. Keep up the fabulous work. Xx Sandie and Troy

No hard sales, Try before you buy!
I had seen the electric wheelchair I wanted online but was unsure about the seat size or if I could manage it. The sales assistant put me at ease straightaway and brought out the one I was interested in to have a try. They have a mini course of slopes and different floor texture such as bark, stones etc for you to try. I was left to try with no pressure to buy and just to give her shout if I needed anything. I was struggling with the joystick control so she swapped it out for the golf ball with changed how to operate it and I finally felt in control.
Our next step was would it fold up and fit in the car which she happily helped us find out.

It arrived three days later as we went in on a Saturday. The delivery delivery driver was helpful getting into the house so could move the box in the hallway.
Had follow up emails and texts reassuring me the company is there to help with any problems
