If possible I would give 0 stars. Confusing - just wrong from beginning to end. Never known such a mess, Barnet council had managed the permits very well so far.
I quite like the app as it shows a constant countdown of my remaining time on my phone screen. Also was able to use Apple Pay without going through endless account setting up shenanigans. Unfortuna... Se mere

Had to ring up mipermit go get some visitor permits for my grandmother who was Abit confused, spoke to a lovely women called Amanda who was very patient and understanding and helped up a lot, would like just give her thank you for her service
Avoid any carpark using this payment method

Tried to reset password but they send me an email to my email address telling me that they don't recognise my email for this account.
Are they actually doing this.
No customer service contact on the app. And the App itself probably cost a pound to produce. Absolutely awful
Resident parking permit resolved
Phoned up to cancel a residents parking permit as I was moving out of the area and parking zone. Lady on the phone was so helpful. Found my account straight away, talked me thought everything she was doing and confirmed the refunded amount. Resolved really quickly and really friendly.
Second time app states can't contact…
Second time app states can't contact server. Attempt to call mi permit and wait for ten minutes and get cut off. Machine in car park out of order. Received a £30 fine for non payment whilst trying to book. IF YOU SEE THE WORD MIPERMIT. PARK SOMEWHERE ELSE

The App won't work at one location. I keep getting a failed payment message saying the the card details are not correct, yet the App with the same card details works at other locations. I have contacted them several times and I have had no response. Useless company. Regrettably I have no choice but to use them as our local authority has given them the contract.
One of the worst customer service…
One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had to endure. Waited 10 minutes on the end of one of the most annoying hold lines I’ve experienced in years only to be put through to a rude and condescending lady who didn’t care at all about my issue with trying to simply renew my parking permit. Was almost like a scene from little Britain with how incapable they were at trying to resolve the issue, which ended in her saying ‘I don’t understand what we’re talking about here, I’m going to end the call’ and hanging up after I asked a question about whether someone would be able to complete the permit on my behalf. Totally awful service and have now spent almost £400 (which I was told she didn’t know when I was going to get back) trying to just renew my permit.

I'm not sure why this company even exists? The thought of having to call them fills me with dread. Always a long wait and then when you do get through they just can't be bothered to help you. Sarcastic, rude and expect you to know the answers.
I think they have a very simple hiring process:
Hirer: "Hi. We are looking for extremely rude staff members to join our team and have an attitude with our customers. Do you have this ability?"
Interviewee: "yes I absolutely do!"
Hirer: "great, you have the job!"
Worse than a doctors surgery receptionist and that's pretty bad. Shame on you!
Too complicated to set up
Too complicated to set up, additional charge for ‘convenience’ not expected or explained. Surely a charge for parking is a charge and should be inclusive and transparent. You are so far down a long process just to pay for parking that you pay as you’ve lost the will to live and want to get with your day rather than fight this dreadful service. Why is this allowed and who signed it off at the Council. Another parking app to hv on your phone and this is the worst one I’ve ever used.

Unfortunately recently whilst actually sitting in a car park the app picked up the adjoining coach park as the 'nearest'. The names of both are very similar so I paid twice as much for parking that wasn't valid and got a PCN to boot.
Sadly nothing on the app indicated I was paying for a coach.
Awaiting appeal.

Shambolic customer service. Totally unacceptable, cold and shut off attitude to a member of the public calling in regards to a permit. Well done barnet council for outsourcing to these very incompetent people.

If only there was a way to give no star I would for this company. Extremely rude customer service personnel. I spoke to three of them and the only redeeming thing was the first one was actually helpful (but had to end the call due to work meeting). Next two staff were rude and very unhelpful. I tried to ask why my requests for a change in car registration was rejected twice, both spiels was you can read about the correct documents on the website. I persisted and asked why don't you tell me now as we are in the call then could not even answer themselves! They then asked for letter-headed paper from my company for confirmation of the courtesy car. Do you know how stupid that sounds when an official email from my company with all the needed information will most likely suffice? This is not the Home Office. I am not trying to illegally come into this country. I am just trying to change a car registration which I have the permit and paid for! Why make it so complicated?

Absolutely disgusting service
Absolutely disgusting. Welsh speaking lady refused to take payment through secure line ! They don’t have it , what a shocker . Soon as I started asking questions she dropped a call . Why don’t we have 3 hr visitor parking permits?????? Why only 6hr 24 hr ? Also accidentally ones I purchase 6 days instead of 1 informing them about it they did not stop permit ! They didn’t refund ! Fraud just like they call center workers

Useless customer services and poor attidutes. I have called them three times today, and I have to wait more than 15 mins to be answered each time. I just want to upgrade my annual permit allowing me to park in the premium parking spaces but the advisors have no idea what they should do, and keep directing me to the council. It is the worst customer service I have used.

Downloaded the app and was charged 10p to set it up. It was supposed to be a free app so this does not instil confidence in this companies ethics.

Hull city council parking requires cash or payment via the MiPermit website or app. I used the website, went through all the stages, “paid” and then went to see a show. Came back to a parking ticket-apparently the payment had not been taken. Will not be going to Hull again as the parking payment system is a joke.

Need a temporary reference number for visitor permits, terrible phone customer service, unfamiliar with their own processes I was reading whilst on the phone with the advisor, constant reminders they are not a council, great - who asked? maybe be a little more courteous, talk a little slower and sound less robotic - would hate to think how an elderly person would set up their account via the phone, the sooner cheltenham borough council finds a new provider for parking the better

Excessive car parking costs and charged 10p twice for one transaction, surely that’s not right? Ended up paying £5 for parking for 2 hours. Wouldn’t recommend.
Watch out for a fake MiPermit app
Watch out for a fake MiPermit app, comes up on Google as first option. I pressed this and started to ask about my PayPal account, this made me suspicious, then took me to a business website. Subsequently, a few spam emails in my account and one from a business company saying I have subscribed to £5.99 per month payment via PayPal. Changed PP passwords and cancelled this so called subscription. Wouldn't say I'm fooled easily, but obviously not!!
