I quite like the app as it shows a constant countdown of my remaining time on my phone screen. Also was able to use Apple Pay without going through endless account setting up shenanigans. Unfortuna... Se mere

Waited for 35 minutes for call to be answered to no avail. Question was not covered in their Help pages. Will contact Council tomorrow but not holding out much hope

The worst interface I have encountered. Trying to book a visitor permit is a nightmare. I started with my app and half way through process I got redirected to Sevenoaks DC website. Then it gets more confusing. After spending the better part of an hour I managed to pay. Then I get a message saying it would take 3, days to approve my booking.
Are my visitors supposed to give me 3, days notice of arrival?
Payment via google pay failed and not…
Payment via google pay failed and i was not notifed. I emailed Mypermit and had no response. Worthing council gave me a ticket i appealed snd they say i selected the wrong date for parking. I had no way of checking that at the time of parking as a receipt ie issued 24 hours after parking expires.
Rude staff, terrible service
Rude staff who I couldn’t understand. She told me she only had 10mins per customer and if I wanted to speak to someone else I can call back again. I am a 75 year old woman who is not good with technology and had this member of staff being extremely impatient and very rude to me. Also ridiculous that you are apparently expected to pay for a whole year parking permit but if you change vehicle they only refund you one month! Absolutely criminal.
Non-existent customer service
Non-existent customer service. Every time I call, I'm on hold for so long that I have to give up. I emailed on the 21st of March and a few times since then. It's now 18 days since my original email, and nobody has responded.
Credit card leak & scam
My credit card details were used in a scam 24h after I installed the app to pay for parking. Someone called me claiming to be from my bank. They said they detected fraudulent transactions on my account and wanted to stop them and replace my card. They then tried to get me to confirm an online transaction under the guise that I was confirming a chargeback.
They had my credit card details and my phone number and the only place I used that card with that number was in the Mipermit app. I checked and was able to verify that I had the "real" MiPermit app so this was not someone else trying to impersonate them with a fake QR sticker.
They either leaked my details or performed the scam themselves.
Scam or money making exercise.
I parked in a multistory car park in Worthing. I used the app to pay. When prompted I selected to park immediately. I paid, left the car park, only to return to find a PCN on my car. Despite paying to park immediately, the app created a ticket for the exact time but for 3 days later. I didn't check the date when I paid as selecting immediately does not allow you to selected a date in the future. I appealed the fine but Adur and Worthing Council claim it's my fault. Not sure if it's a scam or just a way to make money. Either way, I won't be going to Worthing again.
I purchased a town centre worker permit…
I purchased a town centre worker permit for a day. Followed all the steps required to activate the permit. At the end of the day I received a ticket. When contacted members of staff all they say we can’t help. And keep telling me I still have availability preterm, however on the app there is non for the parking I need. They keep repeating to me that I need to contact council to dispute the ticket, even after explaining that I have contacted council and the council told me to contact MiPermit. If you not ready to pay £60 for parking, avoid this parking.

Dreadful
Website does not allow changes to car registration to be made. No one answers when phoned. Email address does not accept messages. City council whocontract them are no help - but are very officious when you get a parking ticket. A dreadful service.
Very glitchy system - resulting in a parking ticket for me
Very glitchy system. I have it set to auto renew but this month there was an error in the system and it did not renew. There was money in my account, it had not auto renewed too many times - it's just a terrible system. The result - a parking ticket for me.
No one to speak to about the error so I have to pay the fine. When I then tried to renew the permit I had to set up a completely new account to get it to stop throwing up error messages.

This Business is a disaster for Barnet Council and the residents of Barnet. Mipermit should have their contract rescinded at once. Who ever allowed these chancers to operate in the Borough should apologise to the community.
Utter rubbish
Utter rubbish. Tried to pay using the app and when that didn't work I tried going through online both did not work!!!!!
Terrible company, appalling customer service
Terrible terrible company, arguably the worst customer service I've come across. Multiple emails following initial online form, took 4 weeks for initial reply, and then despite replying the next day, another 9 weeks had passed (with 3 chase emails) and still no reply. Finally got through to someone on the phone, after 45 minutes on hold....then kept telling me the same thing and did not help. Ironically the complaints procedure is also an email, so I don't imagine It will get actioned until early 2027.

Tried parking today. Used mipermit before. Wanted password. No idea what it is. The reset password on the app does nothing. Worst parking app I've used and gave up. Why does stuff not work. Even typing in the password doesn't allow you see to see it. Whoever designed this user interface cannot do a user friendly interface. Gave up and will never use this junk app again. Why make paying for parking so hard.

I can't get in contact with anyone
I can't get in contact with anyone to clarify some terms of residential parking. The terms seem very vague?
There is also an error on my address and my accounts seem to be merged with someone else?
Trying to sort this out and no one responds to emails or calls.
Also there are no lines on the bays, people park badly and I literally can't get a space outside my own house. Says maximum stay 2 hours but you can just renew the time?

This company are a disgust
This company are a disgust. Parking companies on the whole, will never win any awards for popularity, but Mipermit drop the bar even lower. Twice in a month at two different locations, the app failed, reporting g that it was unable to secure payment. So I ask around and manage to finally get change, and buy a ticket at the machine, only to find out later, that the money in fact was taken from my account, so was double charged. This isn't life changing amounts in fact around £8, but its the fact I contacted them three times now, and they completely ignore any correspondence. Like I said, you are a disgusting company, as your rock bottom feedback testifies. How about getting some morals
