Service good - Sales bad.
Happy with the service but the sales team keeps calling me to sell me the service again. I have taken at least a dozen calls about buying the service when I already have it. I have asked several times to stop calling about it. They are calls that upset me because I think there is something wrong with my mother and it turns out to be a sales call. They need to get their facts straight.

They are not careful with bills
They are not careful with bills. Just recently they charged me for a 911 button that broke and returned it but thr charged me for it. They told me would refund the money and never did it! I'm discouraged with them

The Medical Alert is a great help!
The Medical Alert is a great help and comfort to me and my children who worry about me. I have fallen too many times in the past. If I fall or need help, this device alerts my son and neighbor. If I were not able to speak to the company after an incident, they would send help and the emergency responders could get into my house without breaking a window using a lockbox for the key. SO reassuring!

Medical Alert seemed fine until I…
Medical Alert seemed fine until I cancelled their service. Their operators that handled the monthly tests were always professional, so that part of Medical Alert was fine. But when I cancelled the service and returned the equipment, the monthly charges continued. I had to contact my credit card company to stop the recurring charges. I called and emailed their Customer Service multiple times to resolve, and they have notes of previous calls history, but to no avail as collection calls continued and I am now receiving collection letters. I also mailed documentation to their billing department, but it did not help. Horrible billing practices. I do not recommend.
