Ordered 2 masks 2 weeks ago, no update since the order received email. Their contact form does not work either, I have spend £20 and would like a refund but how can I if I can't contact them?

Really pleased with my purchsse
Really pleased with the moisture repellant nature of these masks. The fit is good and now with the silicon strap adjusters it’s even better. Ordering is easy and delivery was really quick.

Easy to wear and more comfortable than most!
I ordered some masks to give as Christmas presents and they went down a storm! My Niece graduated and I gave her a sparkly one which she now wears for work. It is the only one that is comfortable to wear for any length of time & she asked me where I got it from so she could get another one. I had a spare then ordered more as they are a lovely gift to put in a birthday card! They have all gone down very well!

|Very pleased with the Masks which arrived this week. However a little disappointed that they did not have the adjustable Ear straps which were quoted in the Sale email, as they were a little loose. Glad that We had ordered the elasticated Head straps

Lovely masks & quick delivery. Had a problem with free ear loop adjusters not turning up but emailed them & they soon resolved it by posting them to me. Would definitely recommend.

Didn’t get all my goods
Didn’t get all my goods, don’t reply to messages on there online messaging system. And size chart doesn’t mention how long the straps are...buy masks with a medical certification...

Compared to last years masks much thinner
I bought some of these masks last year and they are absolutely brilliant.
Ordered some more this week and they are totally different.
Much much thinner, you can see daylight through them. The ones last year were much thicker you can't see daylight through them even now.

I purchased a large size mask which i washed before use and followed the washing instructions. The mask did not fit after this. I then purchased an extra large mask. The same thing happened. I have bought cheaper masks and have not had this problem. The 2 stars was for the prompt delivery.
