Ordered 2 masks 2 weeks ago, no update since the order received email. Their contact form does not work either, I have spend £20 and would like a refund but how can I if I can't contact them?

Comfortable masks
Comfortable masks. Seem good quality. Perhaps the sizing is slightly on the small side, although measurements are given. I was surprised as a smallish woman that the large size would fit better than medium. I used a paper clip to attach the plastic size adjusters to the ear elastic and they seem to work well.

Great masks
Great masks at least you can breath a lot easier with theses and glasses don’t steam up. Much more comfortable than others I’ve used

The best masks I have bought in a year!
The best masks I have bought in a year. So comfortable and I can breathe well wearing it. I also purchased the strap which keeps the mask in place which is an absolute bonus. I recommend these masks. They are very good value for money and they arrived quickly.

Great quality masks
Would have given 5 stars except they didn’t include the adjusters for the ear straps with my last order. Have now received them promptly following an email. Best quality masks by far that I’ve purchased during the pandemic. Also great that prices have been reduced &the offer of 3for2 is amazing. 3 quality masks for £12 & reasonable delivery costs.

Overcharged no response
Second lots if masks ordered as live the masks BUT customer service bad. Ordered on 3 for 2 but charred for 3 and no cord clamps. Sent emails and tweets no contact. Masks are great though.
