Responsive and helpful customer service
Got a few masks from the office, loved them and decided to order a set. The website wouldnt process my orders initially, so I sent a complaint. To my pleasant surprise, this was answered swiftly. I’d already ordered via Etsy though. The masks then failed to arrive due to a problem with the delivery company. Sent a complaint, which, again, was swiftly, courteously and helpfully answered. I was promised I’d receive my set of masks, and an extra complimentary set. I’ve got both now. :) In short, things could have gone more smoothly, but it’s great to have a brand be so responsive when they don’t.
