Ordered 2 masks 2 weeks ago, no update since the order received email. Their contact form does not work either, I have spend £20 and would like a refund but how can I if I can't contact them?

Absolutely useless, would not recommend these to anyone. Flimsy & thin material, not fit for purpose. Extremely disappointed with this mask.

Very disappointed with the masks, no adjustment toggles so are consequently too big! The last ones I bought were fine. What has happened? Have sent a complaint but no reply as yet

After looking at reviews on here I ordered 2 masks. Could not be more disappointed!! The quality is rubbish . Thin, flimsy and no wire at top to adjust around nose for better seal and no way of adjusting the ear loops. I certainly would not trust one of these above my existing masks . Furthermore I've tried to contact the company via their contact form and have received no correspondence back. I want to return the items for a full refund but have had no contact from them. I am beginning a charge back via my card company.

I bought four masks at the beginning of the pandemic. Although comfortable to wear they were all extremely skimpy and barely came to the bottom of my chin even though I ordered a man’s large. I gave up on them when someone said I needed to pull the mask down and it looked like a child’s mask. Wished I had not bought from you. You should have used twice the amount of fabric.

I echo other negative reviews given on the quality of the masks. An effective mask should provide a barrier from catching or transmitting virus, not just coronavirus but other viruses/flus/colds as we move into winter season.

The masks have been great…and I have re-ordered several times since the start of pandemic because of regular use…BUT something has changed.

Quality of the masks are not as good as they used to be. They do not feel as robust and as effective eg because of the material used and stitching is poor.

I no longer have confidence in the mask.

Great masks, I only used this company throughout the whole pandemic, great quality and a really nice shape. They don't cut up into your eyes, and feel really breathable. I had to wear masks for long periods at work and these were perfect for that! I would highly recommend.

I have a very small head and face, so most masks are too big for me. The MasksUK website seemed perfect with measurements to ensure best fit. However, the measurements are wrong! I measured my face, bought 2 small masks as that was my size range....but they are way too small! So disappointed! The masks look well made, but no way can I use them! Waste of money & got to look elsewhere now!

The mask quality has drastically changed. There is no longer the adjustable strap or the label. Feels cheap. Have ordered twice before and was very pleased. This time round the price had dropped significantly which is good but now I know why - not the same product

This is the most comfortable mask I have purchased to date. I love the shape of it because it gives more room for your nose and you don’t feel like it is stuck to your face! I can breath more easily in it and just tuck my glasses over the top edge and no misting up! Have tried many different masks by other suppliers and this is my favourite by far. Well done ‘Masks’ 👏👏

Do not buy from this seller if you want a quality product. My first order was really good quality masks so I thought I would buy some more but when they came they had the flat elastic which doesn’t fit well with the plastic ear adjusters they sent and were nowhere near the quality of the first order. When I complained they said couldn’t replace because not faulty. Perhaps not…but quality is not acceptable. How can you order the same thing but get two totally different products? Beware!

I am a returning customer, once again the delivery was very quick and the new masks looked fine, but will not be used until it;s necessary for me to replace the current ones,(after 100 washes)

Having previously ordered masks for my husband from Masks UK last year they were the obvious choice when I needed to purchase some black ones for an upcoming funeral. Masks arrived the next day and pleased with them.

The masks are great. I purchased some earlier in in the pandemic and was very impressed with them. As I feel we will need to wear masks for a quite while yet I didn’t hesitate to order from MASKSUK again.
Only 4 stars as the mask adjuster I ordered was missing from my lates order.

Love the mask especially the be-, unique
