Ordered 2 masks 2 weeks ago, no update since the order received email. Their contact form does not work either, I have spend £20 and would like a refund but how can I if I can't contact them?

Disappointed
Our first order of masks were perfect. I ordered the same sizes again but these are too small. They now come with size.adjusters which are fine if you own a needle and cotton. I am so disappointed. Plus after washing they are very dressed. I do not want to iron a face mask.

Great masks and very easy to wear
Great masks and very easy to wear.
Only thing to improve if they had built in nose clip or similar to keep the mask snug.
Very happy you don’t need filters and the nanotechnology is fascinating!

Covid is airborne and a 3 layered mask is essential
We now know that COVID is Airborne and we should all be wearing masks of 3 layers. This mask is 2 layers and although has a pocket for a 3 Rd layer ..a filter.. none came with the mask, as with other masks I have purchased of this kind.

Really good masks
Really good masks, been getting my masks from here since they started making them. Belive they protected me when I was in car for 1.5 hours with a colleague who tested positive. Washes well, I have had some masks 8 months before renewing and I feal that the layers give more protection.

Comfortable mask
Large isn’t quite large enough for my 16 year old son, and he did need the clips that came with the masks to make the ear loops tighter. They are however, the comfiest masks my son has worn, as a lot hurt his ears. I would prefer a nose clip to feel more secure, but it’s well made and stylish.

I have bought all my masks of Masks UK they are excellent quality and they wash brilliantly, they work out cheaper overall than other l masks.

Very Fast service
