Ordered 2 masks 2 weeks ago, no update since the order received email. Their contact form does not work either, I have spend £20 and would like a refund but how can I if I can't contact them?

Comfortable
The mask is well made and comfortable -it doesn't feel as suffocating as some of the other masks I have tried. They also post quickly.

This was my second purchase from…
This was my second purchase from Masksuk. First off, the masks are well made and I love the material they are made from and you don't get all sweaty from wearing them over lengthy periods of time. They wash well and feel good as new again. I like the fit of the masks, although I did find, on my first purchase, that the navy mask seemed to be a slightly smaller fit than the pink one. This time around I was buying for myself and my husband so I bought the navy ones in a size larger. As a spectacle wearer, I do find that in sudden changes of temperature, my glasses do steam up a bit, but then I'm a teacher and playground duty in winter can be challenging! However, I wouldn't have come back for a second batch if I'd been unhappy!

Good quality masks with great designs
Good quality masks with great designs. Soft and comfortable to wear, they do not inhibit breathing. Wash well. I feel protected when I wear these due to the nanotechnology properties and layers.
Had to slightly adjust the loops due to too big but this was easily done with a couple of stiches and the supplied adjusters.
A good price for this product and speedy delivery.

BUYER BEWARE,Ask many questions first
Bought two masks at half price deal.Both £5.99 each.Good value,acceptable quality.Size is an issue.Extra Large barely acceptable.This was the third purchase although previously from other suppliers.What is considered to be Extra Large falls well short.My wife is definitely not XL but bought one all the same.Neither fit well

The product is excellent
The product is excellent. My order had not arrived after 2-3 weeks but when I contacted the firm it came by post the following day. The original order never arrived, by the way, and I suspect that the Post Office may have been having many problems at the time.
