Ordered “Cashmere” slipper socks at the start of December for my lady wife, finally arrived today supposedly from the US but they came from China and made from 97% polyester and 3% spandex, completely and utterly shit made my wife feet look about 10” wide but also like she had club feet, they would give big foot a complex….DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS SO CALLED BRITISH BASED COMPANY 💩

Ordered 3 pairs of leggings, took a long time to arrive which was fine. Although they seem fairly good quality they are miles too short in the leg. They are not advertised as cropped leggings but I doubt they would be suitable for anyone over 5ft 2 or so.
As I imagine returning them would be a rigmarole I'll just have to gift to my short friends.
Disappointing

I ordered an item of clothing. I received an email order confirmation and the house number was missing from the address. I contacted the company and they told me the address was ok. After waiting a month the item was returned by the post office as incorrectly addressed! Their fault and they will not accept responsibility. Looking online now it seems they are a scam site. I have contacted my bank and the fraud team are investigating.

Would not even give a 1 star review. Order 2 pairs of leggings which came to a total of £25.47 when the transaction went through £30.55 came out of my account. I have emailed them doubt I'll get a response and I will try calling my bank after new year

Ordered slipper socks on 02/12/24
for Christmas present.Sent numerous emails to their customer support on the run up to Christmas.Absolutely no way of tracking the order .Didn't arrive for Christmas and still haven't arrived Have asked my payment be put back in my bank account to no avail.It was taken when I placed the order 4 weeks ago .Wouldn't recommend using this company at all ,
Update. They finally arrived Sat 04/01/25.Will never use this company again

Appalling! Ordered Christmas garland brackets on Nov 19th and still haven’t arrived 30th Dec!!!

I ordered some black leggings in November.
Took an age to arrive and are that tiny no way will they fit me.
I asked for a return label and then the fun began, fobbing me off with excuses as to the inconvenience I HAVE caused them.
I got offered £3 today for an item that cost £22 disgusting.
I have been in touch with customs and excise, what a scam

Just had 2 replies from luxe looker. First one offering me £2 as an apology. Wasn't happy with this and told them so. Second one asking me to send them back to China for a refund but I would have to stand the return cost. What an absolute con

Its been 33 days since I ordered Garland and stocking holders. Still nothing and all they say is "our order has been sent out, and the status will be updated in these days." Their 3rd party tracker is in Chinese yet the product shipped from the US, and it says the parcel has been in Cardiff for the lats 8 days! Cardiff is only 80 miles away! Total waste, they never stated they were shipping from the US even though tis a .co.uk web site

25 days after I ordered socks and still no show. Regular email updates but this doesn't make the delivery any more efficient.
Considering usa is supposed to be our biggest trade partner I find orders from there extremely slow and difficult to pass customs.
I'd sugest using amazon first luxe looker has extremely slow service, won't use them again

Do not order from this Company. The delivery times are way too long as they are overseas and could not get the products in time for Birthdays/Christmas.

Using UK identity originally appeared to be based in USA, but are giving out false tracking information and are actually based in China. Order placed 30th November and not arrived by 31st December. Additional vat charge added to original invoice cost. Requested full refund under UK sale of goods 30 day delivery period but refused. Avoid!

This is totally BS. Xmas Sale. Order on 10th Dec. Then they say the goods are in US customs on 20th.
Total nonsense.
Avoid.

Total hogwash scamming company, my supposed tracking and transit details show parcel (if there is one ) still bouncing around in the USA 🇺🇸, 3 weeks and not even got over the pond to UK 🇬🇧 ??? .
Going to seek refund from PayPal as no goods received. Total scamming 100% .

Ordered a hanger for Christmas garlands/stockings. Took a month to arrive and arrived in the wrong color. Looked nothing as nice as in the pictures.

Total scam company. Got an invoice for the correct amount, they charged me more. The product arrived after 5 weeks, total fake from China nothing at all like it was pictured. Fake squishmallows product. Now battling for a refund

Fraud company. Send me item that item size not like described. They don't want to return money. Website says return are free of charge. Not true
