I purchased full cover foundation it was hardly a tinted moisture cream The tutorial was very convincing. Would not let me return only offered my postage back £3 Communication was rubbish After 20 emails I can return to China but they have a company in Wales Would not recommend this company

Ordered an item...paid by credit card, received an email invoice for the correct amount. But my credit card was charged for a higher amount.
Was refunded the difference and the item arrived from the USA in time for xmas.
Hence the update

Beware! 20% VAT is not shown on UK orders until after check out is complete and payment made.

I ordered a pair of jeans costing £23.68
They come in plain grey packaging with no receipt or contact details from where they are shipped or a customer service number.

They do not look anything like the photos and description in the advertisement on Facebook
This is a misleading advertisement of a pair of jeans that look great in their advert
What you receive are a pair of thin poor quality no shape and very short pair of jeans.

After searching through emails I found the original order ref number and contacted the email on this.
So when I contacted the customer service email
This was the response

They offered a £2 refund after a long communication with a manager
After many emails a £4, refund
Then finally a £7 refund

They do not want you to return the jeans at all and they do not provide any method of return or refund service - this is not stated in any of the advertisement or invoice when you complete your order

I am now contacting PayPal to let them determine the outcome as I am getting nowhere with this company

I would avoid this company at all costs

I ordered what was suppose to be handmade american flag by veterans for 50$. I received what could have been a child's art project..they want to refund me 8$. They are a scam

I bought the colour adjusting foundation. I bought 2 bottles in good faith. I tried it the day I received and it left a horrible white film on my face not changing colour as promised. As the advert for the product states it will refund if not entirely happy I emailed them straight away and they replied quickly, only to ask for the QR Codes ( on the box so don’t throw it out) fortunately I still had the boxes so photographed and emailed them back. They replied, the next day, however it was almost in broken English, stating they had “fought hard” and managed to get their manager to agree to a £2 refund!!!! I’d paid £19.98 for the product! I have emailed back and await my reply. If I could have given 0 STARS I would have given that. This site is scamming people out of their money with promises of refunds if not happy. They also insinuate it is a British company however the distinct broken English makes me doubt this. AVOID!
- Please note re. the “reach out” response below - I had already “reached out” and a £2 refund was offered - another Christmas scam - PLEASE take care, save your money and go elsewhere!!!

Bought 2 pairs of jeans, same size except one pair is at least 2 inches smaller than the other. Also button holes on both pockets are still closed and they told me I need to cut them open myself! They are not offering free collection/return of the jeans that are too small even though it's their fault I've received 2 different sizes. Clearly a manufacturing issue. I've asked for refund or replacement. They have agreed to neither so far. Very disappointing. I suggest you don't buy clothes from this site.

I bought two bras on this website luxe-lookers and received nothing up to now 28th October must be a scam, totally disappointed no email nothing took my money 😡😡l would advise everyone who sees luxe-lookers not to buy from them l seen it on facebook and not been on since and seen nothing to be able to get in touch with them about it

Do not buy this colour changing makeup. It doesn't work. It's a scam It's only a moisturiser. A waste of money. They are offering a 2 GBP 2 pounds refund.

Absolutely Con of a company!
Ordered x2 creams but didn't want them once arrived. Asked to send them back to get a refund. Didn't even respond with a reason as to why I couldnt return but was offering me £2 refund 🤣 absolute time wasters and money grabbers

Purchased this sealant at a reasonable cost and although shipping was a belabored process, taking a full two weeks, the quality stood out upon use, demonstrating excellent effectiveness and durability. Satisfied overall.

It was supposed to be $21.99. when I went to my account, they took out $25.99! WTH? Gimme my money back, cancel the order RIP off asses!!!

Purchased some amazing colour changing foundation. Waited 5 weeks for it to arrive from the USA and it arrived today. What is supposed to be magical colour changing foundation, is a cheap nasty white moisturiser. Supposed to be SPF 50, and the one that arrived is SPF15

I ordered through a Facebook add, like others was supposed to be £14 then got charged £17- did get a refund for difference! Thought trustworthy as company was registered to Wales - support is Green-riot ,payment was taken by Luxe-looker! No product arrived although they are claiming it did. 😡😡😡😡😡

💥DO NOT USE - An absolute SCAM.
I bought Micro blade eyebrow pencil for £15.94 beginning of August. After 6 weeks of not receiving they used various delay tactics then gave me 3 different tracking numbers for one product (all invalid). In short, after numerous emails they agreed I could have a refund but expected me to pay part shipping costs - for an item I never received!!!
They advertise on Face Book as a UK company but forget to mention delivery is from China.
So many complaints on here but yet they are still trading!
Although amount not large and PayPal are refunding me it’s the principle and deception that made me want to write this review and maybe help save others buying from this fraudulent company.

I will Never sept 2024buy anything on line again, make up or anything else must be seen in a shop and tested for color and quality. Cheep rubbish waste of time and money
