Ordered a product but it never arrived
Tried to send an email but the email address doesn't exist
I am left with no product, and out of pocket
There is no way of contacting them

Order item nearly 7 weeks ago. Still not received, tracking hasnt been updated in over 2 weeks. The Website is now closed. Was charged more on my paypal account than the item/ shipping said it was. Overall bad experience and not getting no response back to emails

I bought a 3 pack of Bra that looked supportive and comfortable. What I got was nothing like it said on the reviews. You can see the difference in material and the support is nothing. I mean nothing my boobs fall out the bottom. I got in touch with Luxe-Looker customer service who advised me it would cost me more to return the item and offered £4.00 GBP instead or the £40.00. From there when I emailed back to say I would still like my money back I have heard nothing and the email has come back as mail failure. I have a number which no one answered. Worst company ever, absolutely disgusted with them I never received my parcel and emails won't send to them, total scam

Ordered a dress from their FB address. It arrived 5 weeks later from China. The dress is very poor quality, all the threads are unravelling and there was a stain on it. I got onto their customer service and sent photos but they are insisting there is nothing wrong with the dress.

Shocking pricing (£10 further added at Apple Pay checkout, converted from some bizarre rate in dollars) and 6 week delivery. The product is cheap and nasty and not at all what was described. The inserted boob pads actually look like 2 prawn crackers, I kid you not. I wasted 22quid and learned a life lesson -DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

6 weeks, no order ever arrived and there email address is fake. My email was returned undelivered by mail demon. All the social media and the website has disappeared and my tracking has been at a stand still at one address since June 22nd. I believe it's a scam sadly.

Absolute rubbish!!!

I ordered from this company in May, the items finally arrived on Monday this week and they don't fit.
Tried to email them but the email bounced back. so thought I would try to email them from a different email address and that too bounced back.
So I now have 2 dresses that don't fit and I am £29.42 out of pocket!!!!
How do these companies keep getting away with this shit!

i ORDERED THE 3XL SIZE 22 SHORTS AND DRESS, IT TOOK 6 WEEKS TO ARRIVE ONLY TO BE TOO SMALL. MATERIAL FLIMSY, HORRBLE, TRIED TO GET REFUND BUT IGNORED.

Order arrived after 2 months . Dress is very small, the shorts almost rip when you pull down as they're attached to the dress which I thought would be a great idea. Not impressed . Won't ever order again . 👎🏼

Update to my previous review. I received the dress...awful material, sizing totally wrong, company would not provide a return address, told me to give the dress away and offered me £2 then £3 then £4 £5 I have rejected all as I paid £17.00 plus taxes and p+p total £26.00 ...they will not accept the dress back. Had to take it up with my bank who refunded me. Don't order from this company the quality is awful. Dress went straight in the bin.

Waited 7 weeks to revive my 2 sets, so small I needed help getting the largest dress on.
I ordered a size bigger and my normal size just incase they rang small but omg ide of needed to order 3 sizes to big for it to fit.

Videos look great and clothing does. Unfortunately you pay for something then it spends months getting updates every few weeks for the item to never arrive and the links on the email doesn't work. Pay with PayPal so you can get your money back as ive had to open a case to start the process of getting money back after a few months of waiting

Ordered an item and was overcharged with PayPal so got a refund for the difference. I asked to cancel the order as soon as this happened and they ignored me. Said I could return it once it was received. So 2 months later its finally arrived and the item is cheap and nasty for the money ive paid. Conveniently the website no longer exists and the emails bounce back.

2 months ago I ordered a dress still no dress and now they appear to have blocked my email as all the emails I send get returned absolutely rubbish a scam company

Order items they arrived none fit so want to return. Company refuses to provide return details and offered an £8 refund and I could keep the items (order was over £40 and none fit!) definitely do not order!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. As I have to give at least 1 star, it will be for the amount of emails you receive staying that there's been an update in your delivery status. The fact that this is all complete BS is beside the point. Now for the actual review.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Even if you see some good reviews, ignore them, they're probably fake. I ordered a couple of dresses, it all looked legitimate. I was getting regular updates about the parcel, but it was just taking far too long. I emailed several times and was sent reassuring emails back. When I questioned their legitimacy they stopped contacting me. I have since reported them to Trading Standards. I am also emailing them every day requesting either my parcel or a full refund. So far they have not responded. I will keep emailing them and take this as far as I can.
