Do not order it’s a scam ordered 2 dresses the 30th May it’s now the 5th of July I used klarna to pay as thought they are a good company I’ve just paused my payment and trying to stop them taking any more money please avoid!!

I placed an order in May, it's now July. I have been emailing and they kept saying the item was delivered. I have a ring doorbell and nothing was received. The post office (who they keep referring me to) said the tracking number doesn't exist. On their email tracking, it says it is in a warehouse in Cambridge. No where near where I live. I received my last email yesterday and I responded this morning asking for a refund or the item and now my emails are returned unsent. Apparently now does not exist. I have no idea how to get my money back.

I have had the exact same experience with this company and am disgusted that this is possible is there something that can be done?

Item arrived 2weeks after ordering, it came an sizing totally wrong and stitching all coming away from item..

i initially had 4/5 emails back - 1 asking me to just cut the thread to which i said no and another offering me £3, again i said no as the item was £24 with P&P - tried to chase this morning and emails now bouncing back meaning they have blocked me!

Fake! scammers! bought a dress and didn't arrive. Now website down and cannot be contacted by email. Still sending me fake emails to try and get me to part with more cash. Reported! Ordered on 25th May, still not arrived on 3rd July. Tracking states in Cardiff UK since 22nd June. No apparent movement since! It could have arrived the next day if it was really in Cardiff. They also took more money than advertised. Fraudsters!

More than a month in and still no items...
Ordered these for a festival 3 weeks in advance. Well that was a waste of money. Wished I had read reviews before buying. But because it is luxe-looker.co.uk I thought it was actually coming from within the UK..well it's NOT!

Terrible item , straps snapped, uneven and weak seams . Can't send an email as it doesn't exist anymore !

Order never came and now the website no longer works

Absolutely awful. I waited for a month for this dress that seem to be very cheap. And not true size. Also emailed them about why they took two different payments first one was over £28 that wasn’t meant to be as the dress was pink £18 and they took £18 which I also can’t seem to get a refund. Never ever buying stuff from ads. Nothing but scammers

I bought the Instagram strapless bra and it came in the wrong size. I took a photo of the tag showing the size and sent asking for a replacement. They said they checked their records and they showed that I got the proper sized bra. They offered me £5 for being upset and absolutely refused to fix their proble.

I ordered three dresses seven weeks ago and they still have not arrived. I got a couple of emails telling me to track it and it looked like it was coming from the US which I thought was very strange because it’s a co.uk. Website
When I sent an email stating that I thought there was something up, they answered me and asked to be patient and then the next email I sent it now says ‘ address not found’

I ordered on 28/05/2025 and still have not received my order
The tracking has not been updated since 25/06/2025 They’ve blocked my emails , it keeps saying cannot deliver

Ordered 3 of these viral dresses (with shorts)
Asked for delivery info and was given some feeble excuse.
Since then emails aren't being delivered and there website doesn't excist.
Dunno how to try get my money back cos the dresses clearly are not gonna arrive!

I ordered the Ultimate Backless Dress about 3 months ago and i still have not had it. Its been in transit that long im surprised i dont get charged storage costs from the courier ! No idea where the parcel is and no idea if ill ever get the dress i ordered. No reply from them just blanked.....Like a few people have said i wish i had read the reviews before i spent my money...AVOID

Awful company. I emailed them to cancel my order that I had ordered earlier that day due to reading the bad reviews. They replied and asked me to confirm my order so I replied and they had blocked my email address. Unbelievable that a company actually blocks people’s emails. I wonder if there is anything we can do about this company? It’s robbery.

Absolutely lies I bought two sport dresses with underwear pants easy pull up!
They are just lies the quality is rubbish so difficult to wear and non of what prescribed is the item

Why can't I get in touch with these as I ordered and sent me x small wouldn't fit my granddaughter age 12 dose any one no how to as the email they have don't except emails

Waited ages for swimming costume. Said large would fit 18-20. It was tiny. I am so angry
