I have a J501 chair. It literally collapsed around strut bracket. First deformed then weld snapped.
Emailed them for spare parts but they haven’t been able to find even a part number for more than a month.
Disgusting company.

Had to go on a 6 month long court case to get a refund they owed me. Worst company ive ever dealt with.

After just 2 days of normal use, my HBADA E3 Ultra chair suffered major structural failure - one of the main legs broke off, making the chair unsafe and completely unusable. This is unacceptable for a product in this price range.

HBADA agreed to a full refund and free collection, but then repeatedly failed to arrange the pickup, missed confirmed collection dates, and avoided providing courier details or tracking. Communication was inconsistent and required constant chasing, with vague promises and delays.

I eventually had to raise a bank dispute to protect my refund. Based on my experience, I would strongly warn others to be very cautious — the product quality and after-sales support are not reliable.

The product arrived with visible marks and dents. I have contacted Hbada within the first few days of receiving the product, and I have not received a response for over a week.

Faulty product and terrible service. Do not engage with Hbada!

Worst product design & customer service... I requested to return the chair on the same day it arrived. It has been two weeks, and they still have not provided a return instruction.

I purchased an Hbada P3 chair, convinced also by the fact that it was listed on the website as “in stock” and ready to ship. However, after completing the payment, I never received any further communication. I had to reach out to customer support myself to get an update, and only then was I informed that the product was actually out of stock and would not be shipped for next 3 weeks. Month of waiting, without anyone bothering to notify me.
I find this behavior highly unprofessional. If an item is not available, it should not be shown as “in stock.” This practice misleads customers. After i finally got the package It turned out that instead of the P3 chair, I received a completely different product than I ordered—a brown sofa. I contacted customer service, but unfortunately, they ignored my requests to send the correct product. I'm currently left without any assistance.

Perfect width and height (including adjustable headrest) for me. Seat that should last, unlike the fake leather on my previous chair.

Very comfortable (some 3 months use to date) whether leaning forward or sitting back.

Can’t comment on the chair I purchased as it was damage when delivered so wasn’t put together, but what I can comment on is the horrendous customer service I had, if you can call it that.
First off. Email sent to ask if I would accept a damaged chair and get a 10% discount, well no. I want what I paid for. Then apparently a replacement is out of stock, funny how I can order it online then! They then said they will only send a replacement part if it affected the use of the chair. I was literally gob smacked with that, it’s damaged.
Over four times promised that they will liaise with warehouse to get it collected, finally after 3 weeks of back and forth and now with a PayPal dispute open, they collected (not on the correct date saying that) so from start to finish took me nearly a month to send a chair back and PayPal to refund.
Not worth the hassle and in my opinion, I would go elsewhere to get a chair!

Bought the P5, and I didnt like it.
Customer support Was fine at first and finally decided on giving me a return label. I haven't recieved the return label yet, and no one is answering me on their Email.
It's been a week since i've heard from them.

Got scammed. No one replies on their discord, on their email addresses on their site and even on instagram.

Paid 240 euros for a chair and so at the end of the day no response still waiting and yea... big scam don't buy please.

This is a comfortable practical chair. But, just under one week after the 1 year warranty ran out the seat damper stopped working, therefore no hight adjustment. I emailed the company which supplied it through Amazon.co.uk and they didn't even bother to reply.

Chair came in the timely manner and was easily assembled, thought the foot rest was going to have some issue but not case and still going strong

So many problems with the chair i received, firstly the arm rest is secured into place with 3 screws but 1 hole did not have any thread to screw into so therefore a manufacturing fault, the other thing that stood out was how badly the Hbada badge on the back was glued on, it was so bent and off putting to look at, avoid if you have OCD.
Other issues i found was the picture on the website is misleading with way more chrome on the picture than on the actual chairs, they also don’t picture the ugly adjusting arm in their pictures and i can now see why as it looks cheap and easy to break.
I contacted Hbada and explained my concerns but after nearly 3 week I’ve not had a reply.
I left a review on the website which im sure will never appear but either way still no response.
After living with the chair for a few weeks now i have more complaints, the headrest will not secure in its extended position as soon as i rest my head it will retract into its most reclined position with no way to secure. i'm 6.3 and still the arm rest is too wide to comfortably rest my arms on and the back rest it its upright position is slightly reclined so you find yourself only using the lumbar support to sit upright.

It’s a comfortable chair built with good materials but that the only positive thing i can really say about it.

There chair is absolutely awful complete waste of money I am furious I wasted my money on this chair now I’m out of pocket because I had to pay someone to build it for me. You can find better quality from a random budget £50 chair.

Quick delivery. Quality parts. Took me an hour to put together. Very comfortable. Couldn’t be happier with the chair.

Nice and compfy, quality seems sturdy and well built. The stitching itself could be better as there are a few damaged stiches along the top and bottom rim of the seat cushion.

Absolutely great service and quality product. There were so many online ergonomic home office chairs but the Hbada website link which came up on my search engine was a perfect fit for my needs, with explicit video and clear images and details. Pricewise there was a very good deduction too and free delivery. The company kept me will informed of delivery and tracking, was delivered in a few working days by a very helpful man from Fedex. That is why I am happy to give a 5 star rating and just to add the putting together of the chair was straightforward picturewise, all parts clearly marked so I could integrate each part in the right order, and even though it was quite heavy on my own, not impossible with a bit of ingenuity as suggested in the pictures. So am now using my new chair each day and gives my back and hips good support too. Many thanks for your great product, service and online shopping experience...Matylda
