I strongly regret ordering the Sihoo C300 Pro chair from this company.
At the time of purchase the website clearly stated the item was in stock. After I paid, a week later I was told it was actually not in stock and I was asked to wait three weeks. I agreed and waited. After those three weeks passed — nothing happened. No dispatch, no tracking, no proactive update.
When I contacted them again, I was then told the delay was because “Direct Freight is busy” and it would take another week. That explanation does not make sense because I have received multiple other deliveries through Direct Freight during the same period within a few days.
So the timeline became:
Advertised in stock → Actually not in stock → Wait 3 weeks → Still not shipped → Blame courier → Wait again
This is not a logistics delay. This is misleading stock information followed by repeated shifting ETAs.
Even worse, they are reluctant to provide a refund despite failing to supply the product within the promised timeframe.
Selling an item as available when it is not, then continuously pushing delivery dates, is not acceptable business practice. Customers are essentially financing their inventory while being kept waiting without transparency.
I would not recommend purchasing from this seller unless you are comfortable paying upfront and waiting indefinitely with uncertain communication.
They recommended a chair based on my height, weight and gender and the fact that I have lower back pain. They suggested the Sihoo DORO-S300 Ergonomic Office Chair. With the gas lift on it's lowest setting my feet can't reach the floor. Chair is extremely heavy and hard to move (must be steel). Back is not supportive at all and actually gives me back pain if I'm using it. There's a big gap between my back if I'm sitting comfortably and the back of the chair. To reach it I have to slouch.
I also got no delivery confirmation and the driver didn't ring my bell. The chair sat on my front doorstep which is literally on the street for a whole weekend. I suppose no one would steal it because it was so heavy anyway. Driver left it on my porch in a way that meant it couldn't be brought inside and couldn't be tipped, so I had to drag a hugely heavy chair down 5 steps and lift it back up to get it in the house.
I contacted support about the issues I was having and they ghosted me.
I spent a grand and I'm back to sitting in my old chair. Complete waste of money.
Support must be from a different world! Promises one thing and never gets it done!! Been waiting for my order for 3 months and no update. Keep on giving a date of arrival, but keep moving it further. Why sell something when you don't have stock?????
Total scam! I purchased doro s300 but received m57!! Their support can't even speak proper English! What a waste of money and time!

J’ai acheté une chaise mi-novembre, mon compagnon pareil. Il a reçu son avis d’expédition 3j après et moi… Rien.
Quand il a reçu sa chaise, je les ai relancés pour avoir une update sur MA chaise. Et bien oups, elle était en rupture de stock, par contre pas de souci pour l’acheter sur leur site et leur donner de l’argent hein, parce que c’est écrit nulle part qu’elle est en rupture de stock…
Donc le support me dit “oui, on est vraiment désolé, promis le 22 novembre elle est envoyée hein”… Très bien, j’attends alors.
Et bien là on est le 29, j’ai envoyé un mail hier car toujours pas de nouvelle et, mince alors “la chaise a été expédiée en édition limitée et ma commande n’en faisait pas partie 😢😢 mais PROMIS le 8 décembre c’est expédié”…… Ah, et petit geste commercial, 15€ offert sur une chaise à 250€ 🤗
Donc je suis sensée les prendre au mot, comme pour le mail précédent… Avec un peu de chance, je suis sensée avoir une chaise avant la fin de l’année… Peut-être, on est pas sûr, vu que des commandes ne font pas parties des listes d’expédition, et qu’on ne prévient pas les clients…
Donc tant pis, pas de chaise chez eux, il y a d’autres vendeurs plus sérieux dehors.
Je modifie mon avis (en laissant le précédent tel quel).
J'ai depuis eu un retour (et un remboursement rapide !) de la part du SAV. Donc je rajoute une étoile car le SAV est réactif et efficace. Mais bon, la gestion du site et des stocks, ainsi que la communication, c'est toujorus zéro.
Ordered 2 chairs. Arrived in time. Super quality and easy to assemble. Robust packaging, alle small parts, like screws had 1 extra peace. Even gloves were included :D (Size S)
